We bought a Samsung fridge-freezer for over €900,00.After just 11 months old the inner casing in the freezer compartment has cracked. We went to the store where we purchased it from to be told that the body of the fridge-freezer is NOT COVERED UNDER ANY WARRANTY from Samsung. Something they never tell you even though we took out extended warranty. The store kindly contacted Samsung on our behalf with images of the crack. After 1 week we are still waiting a response from Samsung, who have told the store the fridge is not covered anyway. So we are left with a fridge-freezer that is not even a year old and now don't know what will happen next. Please be careful, we also had a friend who had problems with one of their fridges.We have now been supplied with a new fridge-freezer by Samsung. The process was a bit slow but that is Spain. But they came through. The fridge is maybe not what we would have chosen but it is a newer model. I thank Samsung, they came good in the end and hope this fridge has no problems.
