Whoever structured their customer service department is ensuring that I know never to do business with them again. Can't get anything accomplished, passed from one person to the next, each subsequent person having not read the prior email thread, everything is copy/pasted and irrelevant to my question.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AWFUL COMPANY!!!

I placed an order due to be delivered today by parcel force between 12:24-1:24pm I waited nothing came through then few mins to 3pm I received a mail from parcel force that they attempted delivery around 2pm and I wasn't in .I was surprised I went to check my cctv nobody came and no card was dropped .I contacted crocs customer service omg the guy RAYKO TSOLOV WAS UTTERLY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! He told me to contact GLS myself ,I was confused who is GLS ? I repeated my message that I got the mail from parcel force what am I supposed to do with GLS .I asked him to help me look into into but he just cut me of the chat and ended it.i was so shocked . MY ORDER NUMBER IS 04705372CGB and I would be contacting ombudsman about this. This is the worst service have ever received in my life .DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!!!!!!!! JUST REFUND MY MONEY

I called and opted to speak with a rep…

I called and opted to speak with a rep versus the automated option. After 45 minutes, I hung up and opted for the automated route which only gives you the option to speak with a rep, so what's the bloody point? I called back after 30 minutes I was hung up on. I called back a 4th time and it reports a longer than 60 minute wait. This is utter garbage. Made the mistake of purchasing the item with a rep at the store. I said the "grey" (Flagstone) chair. My fault for not checking the receipt but the "tan" (Fossil) chair show up. Now dealing with customer service or lack there of. You can't refund via the store apparently, you have to go through this mess. This is garbage.

Ulta is the worst

Ulta is the worst. Will have a huge promo for days but their system can't keep up and went down. I have been asking and waiting why i can't change the pick up location and it took me several hours just trying but finally decided to pick up from a location i don't like to go to. Guess what, I was told that it was out of stock! Damn! And now I am on hold for several hours. Again, damn!

Wow no one seems to give a crap

Wow no one seems to give a crap about Wikipedia (IMHO). Maybe if they were fair, and honest (IMHO). Right now they come across as left wing twinks (IMHO) at least to me...That is what happens when unstable people (IMHO) are given a little power (Kinda like Pelosi, Waters, Dean) IMHO. Wikipedia...who they swapping spit with?....Hillary (IMHO)Who is Wikipedia's competition...?? Maybe it's time to support another company...maybe one that realizes that honesty, quality, and integrity, must be applied when giving the task of documenting our lives. Please chime in...what other alternatives do we have...?IMHO Wikipedia adds a stench to the internet, that is not easily ignored.Time for a change. I am surprised Webster's hasn't came in and kicked the crap out of these guys (way overdue).
