Review of booking

Worst Customer Service ever experienced

I made a booking for 7th June with Booking.comThis issue is, I did not receive a reservation email with a reference number or Pin as they did not make the booking, but they charged me for the entire stay. Their customer agents go through scripted answers but take no action. The calls to customer service people fail constantly once I ask for an escalation to a supervisor, clearly a tactic of Booking.com as this has happened 6 times with the call suddenly dropping on their side. I have asked for a call back quoting my number and email but this hasn’t happened. When I email Customer Service which has been over 6 times I get an automated mail stating you they respond within 48 hours, again no responses received. I was told on 6th June that the booking process failed on their system and a full refund would be processed. I have sent proof of the payment from my bank but have received the money for a “failed booking”.I have also emailed their directors and CEO with zero response. What does it take for a customer to be acknowledged by Booking.com?This has to be the worst Customer Service I have ever experienced Take my advise and Do Not use this company.

First off the prices are pretty... high.. considering amazon normally have about 20% off retail price. But they are not always in stock. But i must say if you do choose to buy from Lego themselves you will have a good service. Speedy shipping and the very good VIP proggrame. Good store. Good website. Good shipping. Average prices.

Dont trust FLIPKART delivery,They are not professionally efficient. You will get your product delivered even delayed from their promised timing. If you have patience to wait till eternity then go ahead with Flipkar or else similar products are available on other e Com, at cheaper price & that too without delivery charges. Flipkart also exorbitantly charges shipping charges. they are a big cheater. dont trust promises from their customer care

AAA sent me a Tmobile essentials Choice 55 package deal thru CSAAThe Tmobile then did not even look at the card from CSAA and proceeded to sign me up for a doulble the cost plan and if I hadn't check my bill 10 days into I would have been paying $150 a month instead of $70 a month plus $40 for equipment.CSAA deals are not real

When i used to like wish it was good and had product shipped out in 5 days and the guranteed delivery date was good were you can get a chance at getting a free product now i see it shows your order shipped and has tracking number you check it and its still with merchant then after 5 days said order cancelled and give another tracking number with a crazy guaranteed delivery date like 40 days and most times only takes them 17 days one day they didnt ship my parcel it also got a new order date and tracking number they never sent my item out because they knew they wouldn't make tje guaranteed delivery date and i would of got a free item but they kept telling me it was shipped but it wasnt in the ene i dodnt get a free item but i got my refund because it wasnt shipped

Their system is rejecting valid verification documents, support not replying. Live chat was also useless, the guy kept sending standardised replies without actually looking into the matter. Very bad.Update: they fixed the status, but it's a pitty i have to create review here to get it fixed. They need to enable back support case directly from website, not only by calls, but with online application.

ASUS user but beware of the Zenbooks charging port issue

First I must say that I really like ASUS computers and am using one right now. Also the price is often very good compared to other brands, so you get performance at a good price.Now to the slightly negative experiences I have had with ASUS Zenbooks. The last two Zenbooks I had experienced issues with the charger input. Everything worked fine for about 1 year but after that chargin started to get "glitchy" and finally impossible. First time I thought it was my fault and that I should be more careful. I liked the Zenbook otherwise so much that I bought the new model. After a year the same thing started to happen (even though I was careful). This time I sent it back and I was able to receive my money back.I now have an ASUS computer (instead of Zenbook) so I haven't given up on them. But it seems like it is a know issue and should then be fixed. I hope it is only Zenbooks and that my computer is going to be fine. 3 months so far and working fine.The fact that I still use ASUS after the issues with charging port shows how much I otherwise like them.

TERRIBLE for Small Enterprises

Absolutely not Meant for Small CompaniesThis product is trash and beyond terrible - Indian companies should definitely stay away. Wasted $10K and didnt even use the product at all. Account managers dont know anything and once the sale is completed dont even care what happens with you. Implementation partners are terrible. Took 3 months to deliver after purchasing and nothing worked. Dont trust any platforms with other reviews.
