Two different orders, both with defective products. Contacted customer service and only get the run-around. If you try to talk to a supervisor, the mailbox is full. The written 100% satisfaction guarantee appears to be a scam. Strongly recommend steering clear of this organization and appears that BBB has similar issues with them. I will be filing with CA AG and FTC.
Review of doordash
I had 2 refunds from items the merchants did not have,2 days in a row. Normally doordash would ask do you want credit to your account or refund, but lately they've been making my decision for me. I called customer support and was told give it 3 days. 3 days go by and still no refund. I called again and was told 5 -7 business days. I'm extremely frustrated because I need my money for groceries in these days and time and extremely hard to live. Now I have to wait 5-7 business days. This is absolutely ridiculous
Review of chipotle
I got deathly sick from the Steak bowl. Called the next day the Woodland Hills Canoga Chipotle and spoke with the manager Luis to tell him I got so sick. He did not ask me my name, when I was in or what I ate, but told me he would file a report! Really Luis a report with what info??? Called the corporate offices, but you can't complain to them you need to go to their website which got me nowhere. Well the Health department was very interested. This is the company that has already been shut down numerous times. You would think they would take food care much more seriously after that, but they don't care. No Mas Chipotle for my family and friends! Not risking my health for this place that clearly does not care about its customers!!!

Review of getyourguide
I have recently used Get your Guide in booking for some of my activities in Spain. Particularly the Toledo,Segovia and Avila Day tour, and the Entry ticket to Sagrada Familia. The app was easy to use and the vouchers were easily accesible via the downloaded app and can be accessed even offline (the vouchers). The rates are similar to other competitor sites but I was able to get a referral code and it gave substantial discounts. The tour was very good , a bit rushed which was understandable as 3 cities were included. I had a bit of a problem with downloading the audioguide for the Sagrada Familia but the people manning the Sagada are familiar with Get your Guide and helped me to access the audioguide. If there is one thing they need to improve it will.be the instructions in downloading the audio guide.

We booked a trip on Get you guide for Ba Na Hills in Da Nang in Vietnam. When I booked I got the information that it will take up to 2 hours before I could receive the tickets. After 3 hours I still didn’t had the ticket, so I was waiting outside the golden bridge area and just waiting and waiting. And I tried to tell the ticket counter worker the problem. We were 3 people calling get your guide office. And mailed them etc…. Because I was already charged by Get your guide, but with no tickets….After approx 4 hours I got my tickets. But it was a very bad experience. So no thank you next time.

Review of Wikipedia
For me wikipedia has become an important allie in everyday necessities, no matter what the theme is. And most of the times it did provide more than satisfying answer. One thing I'm bothered with is the selection of what's important and what's not. Few times I did provide it with some crucial stuff, which were neglected only to find it posted a month later from someone else, and accepted then. And not to mention other unimportant and crappy stuff that's on wikipedia, while some other important stuff isn't.
