I'd love to give 0 stars. Joke of a customer service, fraudulent billing practices, super shady "FREE" trial - if you don't cancel it, you get charged for it on the back end. Not to mention, I was unable to use the 3-4 pictures I did try to download. They were totally useless.

Hulu got greedy. Disney must’ve corrupted it. Ads…I get to watch 6-7 minutes of a program and then a 1:30-2min of ads. That is worse that a regular program with cable. Bunch of BS! I’ve already cut all my streaming apps from no ads to ads when they hiked their prices. AGAIN and AGAIN! Except those providers that still offer the service for a reasonable price. It’s only a matter of time and these streaming apps will lose a lot of money. Shame on you Hulu…not to mention, for about 6 months you didn’t offer to watch! About to lose another customer that was loyal…hope Americans start canceling and you feel it.

On Monday night my personal Facebook and email were hacked, which gave the hackers admin control over 3 different business accounts!I immediately flagged this to Facebook by every method possible, business help support tickets, email, every phone number I could lay my hands on. I’ve worked full time on this for a week because the risk to my businesses is huge.3 days later, of course, a hacker used my ad accounts to run an advert for an RC Drone at £5100 budget per day. Apparently facebooks automatic checks thought this was totally normal behaviour and let it happen. Only the frozen business cards stopped the spend, when they couldn’t take the huge debits they wanted.5 days in and I’m no closer to getting control of even one business, let alone the three I have to manage. Support have been non existent, they’ve closed tickets because of ‘lack of evidence’ and silly reasons (not answering messenger within 1 minute).This company are an absolute joke - how they can expect businesses to use them is now beyond me. Scams and issues everywhere, and it’s no surprise with this kind of business support. I’ll battle with them until I get my accounts back but we are going to have to take our marketing budgets to google.

If I could give zero stars I would. All capitals do not buy any power or two-stroke equipment from them any longer. I bought a Husqvarna 555, and it would not crank. Within 24 hours of purchasing it I tried to return it and simply exchange for the exact model, but they resisted at every return to help me and it is now completely on you the consumer and customer to work through the OEM to get return parts, replace existing product, etc. Yet they were happy to take my $800 at the point of sale and offered no assistance, it’s simply just not right. Good luck to all of you.
