If I could give zero stars I would. All capitals do not buy any power or two-stroke equipment from them any longer. I bought a Husqvarna 555, and it would not crank. Within 24 hours of purchasing it I tried to return it and simply exchange for the exact model, but they resisted at every return to help me and it is now completely on you the consumer and customer to work through the OEM to get return parts, replace existing product, etc. Yet they were happy to take my $800 at the point of sale and offered no assistance, it’s simply just not right.
