I sent my first email and all went... fine... there were a few glitches but suffice to say it was ok.....And then came the time for me to send a second email and to update my marketing list and problems started. They implemented this thing called Hydra and Hydra is an AI, it has no idea what it is doing and it's just randomly blacklisting things as these are EMAILS I HAVE PHYSICALLY COLLECTED FROM PEOPLE. AND I HAVE THEIR OPT-IN!!!!!!! Customer service did not give a damn and were of no use. I responded immediately to verify my info but there is a 24h wait time period to get this done and I had to have my email sent ON THAT SAME DAY!!!! Suffice to say I stayed up late with a competitor which accepted my list JUST FINE. These people are idiots. Who lets an AI make such important decisions??!!!

I received my order in a sealed bag that was not damaged. However, when I opened the bag, I smelled a strong odor and the box was wet and ripped open. My fingers were blistered where I touched the box. I sent pictures to DSW and told them the story. Their response was sorry, we’ll give you $15!

Stay at Melbourne city Spencer Street. Booked a garden room. The picture advertised a courtyard full of greenery. It was not what was advertised. It was a small concert space with a plain ugly brick wall. No plants. I would have preferred a window instead of this. The room was small but clean. It was quite at night. The shower is so small the water escapes out to the toilet area where there is no drain. Needs more hooks and an extra shelf in bathroom. Staff friendly. Free WiFi is good. It is ok for the price. Not somewhere you would hang out all day but nice enough to get some sleep.

Ordered a guitar amp, was notified it was on the way - next stop.I waited for ages then suddenly got a text saying the courier had tried to deliver it at my address but couldn't - absolute lie i was there waiting on the drive!Tried to phone customer services, the website is designed so you cannot find the phone number, took ages. Eventually found a number and got through - explained I had been lied to, got fobbed off with a paltry £10 gift card.I still demanded answers to my questions, was informed I'd receive a telephone within two hours.Someone phoned and hour later and was just spouting hot air to me - no answers and no estimated as to when I'd receive my item. My main complaint was that Id received a text to say it was coming and be home to provided the receipt code. I could see the courier on tracking, it was just a few streets away, then it just disappeared and the lie that delivery had been attempted was texted to me.The bloke who phoned me was real annoying, kept saying "dont worry" alot, and giving unwanted useless advice. Everytime I asked for an answer he said he needed to refer to his manager!It was just more of an annoyance and a total waste of my time.Amazon you are a massive company but its a bit rubbish, your people tell lies and just go through the motions of customer care.

I used to love Nest products and have been a loyal customer for years, with cameras, a doorbell, and a thermostat. I even considered getting the ADT alarm since it’s becoming part of the Nest ecosystem. However, my recent experiences have completely changed my perspective.The sudden increase in Nest Aware subscription prices feels unreasonable, but the biggest letdown was the loss of all my face recognition data, which took years to collect and fine-tune. Along with that, my entire history was erased. This data was a crucial part of why I trusted and invested in Nest products, and it’s disheartening to see such negligence from Google.Nest isn’t what it used to be—reliable and customer-focused. I’ve decided to stop using Google products entirely, as they no longer meet the standard I once admired. A complete disappointment.

This was the first time I held a weekend retreat which was a little daunting. Tamara and Rachel were extremely supportive throughout. Always on hand to answer any questions and even offer their own suggestions too. This is a family run farm which extends to the welcoming feel. The accommodation is beautiful and the event barn is airy, immaculate and the kitchens well equipped. Just perfect in every way.

Sent our business an email saying we are banned permanently from using them. No reason. All we ever used it for was to pay $50 to our graphic artist for our logo. We don't even use them as payment provider on our website. They said since our account is banned they refuse to talk to us about why we got banned. Customer Service Is Absolute Garbage. Don't Use Them.

We were seated immediately. From the moment we walked in we were attended to all staff was amazing and friendly. The food was delicious and every server that came to our table was kind and always told us the suggested sauce to go with the meat that was being offered. Daniel was great as so were the others that came to our table. Dessert was so delicious and I don't typically get any. So glad I did here.

BEWARE SUBSCRIPTION TRAP My experience of trying to cancel was similar to many of the reviews below. There are quite a few glitches in trying to go through the process.The automated system tells me to try again later and it seems the chances are you will not be able to contact them to cancel the free sub in time and they refuse refunds. I have yet to get through… It’s not a particularly good paper- a bit stoogey- so you’re not missing out on much….

We bought a 75in Samsung TV under a year ago so it is still in warranty, the colour has gone bright orange and it cannot be watched. Samsungs technical tried to fix remotely which lasted 24hrs now they don’t want to do anything else, this is a shocking response from such a big company

I'm very disappointed in the attitude of the national trust. I recently sent an email requesting my membership be cancelled. I stated "Our circumstances have significantly changed and it will no longer be needed"The reply I got was "We would appreciate if you could please explain the circumstances that have led you to this decision or give a reason as to why you wish to cancel"Why should I go into further information? I have replied with my explanation, which happens to be that I have just had a baby, and now I am awaiting open heart surgery, so our funds are lower and tight right now. But I am extremely disappointed that I've been pushed to give a personal response. It was none of the national trusts' business as to why circumstances had changed, and they did not need an explanation.Furthermore, despite having a membership for a number of years, they have now requested a full year's payment of £147. Which, obviously, due to the above circumstances, is not going to be easy on our part. The membership is a donation to a charity, but the way this is being dealt with, if anything but. I have known close family members who have been able to cancel their direct debit under difficult circumstances and haven't been charged a year.Moreover, in the terms and conditions it says 7.4 After 14 days have passed you may not cancel your membership during the first year. In subsequent years, if you pay by Direct Debit, you must give us at least 3 months’ notice to let us know that you have decided to cancel your membership. This is not my first year, this is the subsequent year. I am so disappointed with NT. We live in an area surrounded by many of their sites and would have resigned after everything had calmed down, but not after this lack of understanding or sympathy. Not only am I canceling, but my friends and family have sworn to do some because of this.This is what happens when you've been a member for so many years and literally given them £100s in donations.

I spend a lot of money with Amazon and it's going to be limited do to deliveries left not where they belong. Mostly outside of our gate where there is a prominent sign saying Amazon please leave all deliveries at the front door. This morning there were two left at the front gate soaked after a drenching rain. Prior there have be others taken as most likely left outside our front gate. I guess all good things come to an end!
