I used to like this service but they keep jacking up the price YOY, and their customer service is terrible when something goes wrong. We have a post that will not post to IG and they had us run so much BS trouble shooting and then still would not escalate it to a specialist. They want us to screen record a video of us duplicating the post and trying to post again. Like what good is that going to do? Just have someone with a brain look at the backend error and tell us how to fix it. Their support staff does not want to solve problem, they want you to give up and leave them alone so they can close the ticket. I'm going to stop giving these people money when the recurring thing is up because it is not worth the money considering the cost/value and the fact that their customer service is comparable to comcast. I've been using them for over 5 years and cannot justify it anymore.

Information hidden or unavailable so I was unable to learn what each package contained. I ended up being subscribed to ESPN+ (even tho I had never heard of it) when I bought thru my Roku device. ESPN email confirmed my subscription but I was never able to see any content. ESPN customer service was no help and immediately tried to upsell me on a $54 per month package; also told me to go to various websites, none of which were helpful. I canceled my ESPN subscription same day but by now it already had my initial payment and refused to refund me despite the fact their service did not deliver any content. I was advised Roku would deal with refund issues but Roku said No refunds becuz that is ESPN policy. Unclear program information and lack of free trial forces customer to subscribe just to see what is available... Which is bad enuff... But when service fails to deliver any content at all, I should get a refund. BAD BAD BAD POLICIES : just a bait and switch trick.UPDATE SEVERAL DAYS LATERROKU refunded my money after I complained repeatedly and filed this negative review. Coincidence? ESPN sent an email asking me to rate my customer experience but I decided not to waste anymore time on them. Since Customer Service by a real human being is vanishing in the Covid Era, websites need to be crystal clear what is being sold before the customer buys. And AI robots and online chats are not a substitute.

Awful!! Rude!!! The customer services team at Sony are useless. I downloaded Ride4 Ps5 version, and I received the ps4 version. I didn't realise until I started playing it that it was the wrong version. I spoke to PS customer services about this and they didn't care one bit. Sold my PS5 and moved over to XBOX. Never again Sony.

I declare today as long as I have breath in this passing body, I will never own a Samsung product again, and I suggest neither should you. They are an anathema and they are dead to me. Never. Again. 😡I cant even waste more time on explaining this. In a nut-shell - I spent over 2 hours on the phone, speaking to over 11 people!!!! 11 times I was passed around, and for what? To fix a stupid refrigerator. Il never get that time of my life back. I look forward to the day I can laugh about this, but today is not that day. I hope Samsung can see this and know that I am now an anti-Samsung evangelist. Good Job Samsung.And dont bother replying to this... there is nothing you can do to make this better.

I don’t know what happened to the quality control at Abercrombie but it’s basically non existent. Placed an order for five things. Three arrived defective and one was not at all what I ordered. Their clothes used to be pretty decent, but now it’s ALL absolute garbage. The sewing is crap and the seams fall out, the sweaters pill, and the fit is ridiculously all over the place.
