Review of urbanoutfitters
I adored urban Outfitters, but it's another Anthropology company that produced goods that aren't up to snuff. Everything is cheep and the bedding and curtains are not well made. I loved the duvet covers and quilts, but for the last 13 years or so I have sent every piece of bedding I have ordered because the 100% cotton feels like sack cloth even the things they describe as soft,Often the bedding, pillows and rugs reek of chemical smells that don't abate with washing. I used to love the quilt collection and have some that I bought decades ago that are still beloved and in use in our home. They were such a great deal for the price and soft and comforting. Now the stuff is like sleeping in cheese cloth. The websites pictures are not clear enough that you can screen out course materials and poor workmanship.I have received furniture that looks like it was constructed by a kindergartner and ceramic items that were packaged so poorly that they arrived smashed in a million pieces. How anyone over the age of 7 would think putting a large cookie jar in a box, with a thin piece of plastic around it and expect it to survive shipping is a wonder. And then to have that same error be repeated two additional times, was it for me.Their customer service reps online are clueless and not at all helpful in resolving website technical issues like hung up carts. Urban was one of my favorite stores to buy home goods and lighting from, now the quality is so bad, I almost never bother to order anything almost everything I've ordered goes back because the quality is so cheesy.Like Anthropologie the styles in bedding are way to hippy looking, and seem to only reference Indian and Moroccan cloth patterns. Shake it up guys there is a world full of amazing textile design, why not something Chinese, African, Japanese, British, Scandinavian, Dutch or from New Zealand. It's gotten a little more interesting this past year. All I want is a incredibly soft light weight 100% quilt that does not smell of chemicals. Who wants to sleep under sheets, duvets and quilts that feel like a luffa? Furniture with legs that aren't crookedly attached, chipped, or scratched would be a plus and getting things out to shoppers without breakage would be a plus. Better quality control would be appreciated.

Review of wpforms
Have used WPForms for many years, and yesterday I had to try their support for the first time.My issue was caused by another APP that had quietly updated, causing a conflict with WPForms. I searched and came up blank. WPForms support quickly located the source of the problem, resolved it, and informed us of all the above and their actions. You can't fault well-trained Techs and a prompt response/resolution.
Review of wayfair
A part was not manufactured properly so could'nt be used. Ordered replacement part and no information sent to me. Can't even find my order on Wayfair website either. Have talked to 3 different customer service reps and one on chat, which provided me a tracking number but is a shame it comes back number not valid. If we don't get this resolved quickly I will file a dispute with the charge card company because of the lies I've been told and the lack of proper customer service to get the issue taken care of. UPDATE: After talking to a manager today from Wayfair, was able to track part and was delivered today. The manager did go above and beyond on trying to resolve the issue, so I will upgrade the rating to a 3 star.
Review of wayfair
Bought a popcorn maker and upon opening up and taking it out of the box the switch was broken. So it (obviously) was never used. Wayfair absolutely refused to issue a return label and told us to deal with the manufacturer! They said they would follow up every step of the way lol. Then get a follow up email saying they cannot contact the manufacturer, I have bought numerous goods from Wayfair and was considering buying a rather expensive shed. I have now cancelled my account and will never buy from them again. They lost a good customer over a 39 dollar post popcorn maker!

Review of Shopify
Shopify is an amazing business. I opened an online store using shopify. Easy to use, top suggestions, and quality support staff. I would highly recommend Shopify as one of the best online business hosting options. Even though I closed my store now, I needed my order records for income tax purposes. My own copies had been lost. I contacted Shopify Support, and through their assistance and the Security area, I was able to retrieve all necessary information without needing to re-open the business. Superb job even after I did not have an active store. 5* plus.
Review of kobo
I now own TWO Kobo Libra Colours. I have enjoyed buying books from the service, though sometimes the book price is not shown? The physical devices are nice. The buttons are tactile, as is the feeling of the back of the device. The UI is responsive and I learned how to navigate it in no time. I love the position of the power button compared to some other devices I could name. I am a very proud owner. Now I would just like to see some further software updates, including more seamless updating and a OS-level dark mode, if at all possible.
Review of intuit
Wanted to open an new data set with a slimmed down number of customers, supplers and stock.Simple you might think. The products list export fields and import fields one would think should be the same, except they are not.The import fields ask for a SKU, which as far as I can see QB does not use although it is on the export side. Also on the export fields there is preferred suuplier, but does not exist on the import feilds. This is so annoying and time comsuming with 3.5k stock items, and no preferred supplier!!
