Avoid at all costs!!! Item won’t be received and money will be taken!

Do not buy from go pro’s website!I ordered my GoPro hero 12 with accessories on 02/02/24 with a delivery date of 02/06/24. Since then I have had nothing but trouble. The order had numerous delays and the item was stuck in the Netherlands due to go pro not providing UPS with the correct information to allow the parcel to be released from customs. After 3 days of the item being stuck in the Netherlands it was sent back to GoPros warehouse that it had originally come from, it never made it to the UK let alone to my address.Fast forward to today I am not only down £450 I am also without the item that I had ordered, no one at GoPro wants to help and I am constantly told that I will be contacted in 24 hours when they have an update from the ‘team’. As soon as the item was sent back to GoPro I requested a refund as at that point I was just fed up and wanted my money back and to be done with the whole situation. When I asked for my money back I was told that I can only have a refund process request put through if and when the GoPro is delivered to there warehouse. How is this acceptable? Why should I have to wait for my money for something that I never recieved.What on earth is going on with GoPro and their absolutely awful customer service. I am beyond gob smacked by this whole situation and how badly everything has been handled, I am now 8 days without the go pro or a refund and I dread to think how much longer this will take to get the problem resolved.How can a company this big treat their customers this way, all they want is our money and don’t care if you actually receive the product. Avoid at all costs!!!!!

NO REFUNDS GIVEN FROM THIS COMPANY

BeFunky refund policy, which is VERY IMPORTANT to read, is written so any person who purchases their photo editing product, will NOT receive a refund. I purchased their product in August 2022 and cancelled in September 2022, due to the amount of time it took to receive answers to my questions. At the time of cancellation, I thought I would receive at the very least a pro-rated refund. And the Information I received back, was Yes, it was cancelled, and I could use the product until August 2023, no mention of a refund was addressed. When I requested help regarding why I did not receive a refund, I was met with indifference, along with the following information, the only way that this company would consider a refund, is that it would have to be and exceptional reason, because they do not give refunds!. WARNING ONCE YOU PAY FOR THEIR “PHOTO EDITING PRODUCT” AND REQUEST A REFUND BE IT ONE HOUR OR 12 MONTHS, YOU WILL NOT BE RECEIVING A REFUND. ONCE YOU PAID YOU MONEY IS BASICALLY GONE! FAIR WARNING!!!!!!!!! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, AFTER YOU REVIEW THEIR REFUND POLICY YOU WILL UNDERSTAND WHY!!!!!!

Denny's in McKinney

Went to Denny's in McKinney for breakfast this morning, won't ever go back there again. 1st off in both, the picture on the wall beside us had something all over it crusty and hard, then my husband opens his menu and it looked like someone blew their nose and left in menu, when ordering asked for hash browns instead of pancakes, they won't let you do substitutions, asked for peanut butter, they don't have it. Was an older waitress who was coughing while taking an order when we went to pay she was at front counter and was very rude, just walked away as we were going to pay. Thought Denny's used to be good, I highly recommend you don't waste your money and go there.

Microsoft Xbox One - Terribly overpriced and poorly executed product. DO NOT BUY.

This company right, this huge multi-billion dollar company produce some of the worst quality crap products known to the software and gaming world.The Xbox One in specific is a totally overpriced and overrated bit of kit, it is terribly executed and not worth a penny. Then there is the online platform they use for the Xbox platform, it is slow, glitched, bugged all the time and of course they have no customer service to get hold of them, none at all.I will never buy a Microsoft product ever again, end of. I will make sure everything I buy has nothing to do with that company. How are they in business?. How does a company that sells rubbish be so large and in business?.They need to be brought down and someone other than the equally poorly executed Sony PS4 product, needs to get it together and build us a proper gaming platform that is not overrpriced is not glitched out. Anyone with a bit of money and brains, could, this is the thing.So bring in a 3rd platform that is not associated with Microsoft in anyway shape and form and I will buy it. There go, I will spend my money on a gaming machine that is not Sony or Microsoft and a lot of us will, not just me.

You cannot block malicious emails effectively

The most frustrating thing about outlook.com email is that you cannot effectively block spam, phishing, or any other form of malicious email. That is because of the incredibly primitive nature of their 'block' function. For example, if you get a phishing email from "jack@1a2a3a4a5a6a7" and you tag it as phishing, outlook.com will block "jack@1a2a3a4a5a6a7", but it WON'T block "bill@1a2a3a4a5a6a7". So, all the spammers have to do is change the name and continue sending you garbage. Outlook.com does not have any option to "block the entire domain" - just an individual sender at a domain. The spammers use millions of fake sender names, so they always get through. How stupid is that?

Absolute joke. Never shop with these guys. Ordered phone over a month ago and didn’t arrive promised a refund but instead they delayed delivery of phone for another two weeks. Phone problems with blutooth and customer service want nothing to do with it.Awful- if your reading this no matter how cheap it may seem it isn’t worth it. DO NOT BUY and xiaomi if your reading this don’t bother saying get in touch with more details or something because no matter what youse don’t do anything about it. Disgusting

Daily Mail website disasters.

Really, I'd like to give the Mail's website a 0 right now as it has become unusable thanks to persistent and intrusive advertising. Such is the page overload the site has become unmanageable and I simply can't think why they are allowing this to happen. Over the last week I have used just about every ad blocker there is, used VPNs, restricted the privacy settings on my Laptop to the max, yet all to no avail. Their latest trick seems to be to attach very large banner ads for the likes of Twitter or Instagram at the top of every story and when you cancel it they even have the cheek to ask why and then says that they will try not to show the ad any more - rubbish of course, because on the very next item, there it is again. These banners are powered by Google who seem to be attaching themselves to the DM's URL somehow. Anyway, it is slowing my MacbookPro the point where the system is complaining about energy drain even when it is plugged in! And of course there's no point in complaining, you don't even get an acknowledgement these days.

Rude customer service agent 😒 bill is in my husband's name she asked the name on bill I told her then she asked if he is the same bank I said no she said I would have to speak to his wife I said I am then she said she has to speak to a supervisor stating I said im my husband i said no u asked name on account 😉 she then argued I said hey I just want to pay the bill ! She says I need a supervisor 🙄 I say ok.. she had me on hold forever so I hung up paid on line .. why deal with difficult people 😕 still made the payment! Thanks for the hassle 🙂

Absolutely Disappointed – Order Completely Botched

I want to express how highly disappointed I am with my recent Uber Eats experience.We placed an order for two people (on my wife's app) and received a completely wrong order meant for someone else. Can the driver not take a second to check the name or order before rushing out the door or even just confirm the order?I phoned the driver who told me to call the restaurant. The restaurant told me to call the driver. I eventually merged the call, and the driver hung up(real arogant). Turns out, he took the wrong order, and our food is still sitting at the restaurant waiting to be collected.I'm now stuck with someone else's meal (for one person), and the driver refused to return to pick up the correct order. His advice? "Just request a refund."I'm sorry, but that’s unacceptable when it comes to food. I am fortunate enough to be able to get something else through another service, but what if this happened to someone who spent their last money on a meal? Now they’re expected to wait days for a refund, with no food especially if there was dietary needs.Uber Eats, this is not okay. A simple check of the receipt and name could have avoided this. If I had the time to go get the food myself, I would have.Order Number: #26DD8 in case you want to "actually" investigate this.This is exactly how companies start losing loyal customers, it only takes one bad experience to trigger a chain reaction.

Inexcusable

Having read or tried to read the Penguin Random House Classics version of Clarissa or The History of a Young Lady by Samuel Richardson and revised by Angus Ross. I think it is an abomination, an insult not only to Samuel Richardson but to his readers. You have truncated the book by omitting letters and then slapping it together in a huge cumbersome, unwieldy book instead of the way Richardson intended it. And it falls apart. Next for my assessment of Georgette Heyer's book The Grand Sophy, which deprives readers of what she intended to say by tampering and expurgating the book in order to pander to those few with delicate sensibilities. Having read the original version I found nothing objectionable about it. It was and only is in the minds of those who want to censor and control what we see, hear, and think that think this and Heyer's estate and literary properties. Clarissa should have been in multiple volumes as Richardson intended. As a preservationist I am appalled at what is being done to classic books as well as other things including buildings. Unfortunately Angus Ross is no longer living. What he did was both arrogant and imperious. We should be preserving and protecting and revering these books, as well as things that we consider of no importance or use and disposable and to be dispensed with. Is the owner of Penguin Random House Publishing Bertelsmann SE and company KGaA and the Mohn family particularity Liz Mohn aware of the comments and reviews of The Mohn family companies and acquisitions particularly Penguin Random House Publishing? And if so what's her view? Indifference!

SCAM! FLAWED, EXPENSIVE, LOW-TIER PLATFORM

By far the worst of all productivity platform I used by a large margin. Most of the time I can't even login due to error.Against my better judgement, I spent $240 for subscription for two reasons. My partner wanted to use this trash (she no longer does) and the free version won't allow us to make changes whatsoever.I'll reach out to support and get refund but I doubt I'll hear anything back.
