Really lovely team, lead by Irene. The day was well-organised and felt very safe. We all had a shaded seat on the boat, everyone had their own life-jacket. Lunch was delicious. The first island was far too crowded, but we didn't stay long. Poda, where we spent longest, had plenty of space and the water was beautiful and turquoise. We would recommend this company and trip.

If you want to waste your time and get dissapointed book eith getyourguide!!!Went to the habour to book a snorkling tour thos morning. Was told by the man at counter to book through getyourguide on line. Booked the snorkling tour from the harbour in Cefalu at 10 am, but there was NO boat. Not for me nor for the dutch couple who also haf booked the morning tour. DONT DO IT IF YOU WANT TO GO

UPDATED REVIEW. My subscription was canceled, and my credit card was credited back. I'm glad it was straightened out but still believe that it could have been a smoother process.You can't get your subscription canceled!I canceled my subscription last year. I even took myself off of auto-renewal. Never got a confirmation because they leave you on active then charge you again the next year. I have made 4 attempts to cancel the renewal in the last 3 days. I suggest you NEVER use this company. Their poor billing practices are insane. I was told they could refund if I removed the dispute on my credit card- big lie, they didn't process any refund and they sent me ANOTHER invoice. I have received 2 invoices over the last 3 days for the same renewal. Poor business practices. They are using the fact that they are overseas to screw over the customers. DO NOT BUY!

AARP offers no benefits that are valuable. They are supposed to be affiliated with partners who will offer discounts, but the only discount, even 5% I have ever found was for senior in general. I have found no value in AARP and in fact I am going to cancel my AARP United secondary plan.

Ultas customer service is rude and will accuse you of lying about everything you have to say regardless of pictures and dates and times that you have. If you want to talk to a staff that is unprofessional in the way they speak to you and completely disrespectful when you point that out to them, then this company is who you want to talk to. I work in customer service and no matter how many rude customers I may come across, that doesn’t impact my ability to treat the next customer like a person. Especially if that person is calling because of something that was the company’s fault. I don’t even care that they don’t do anything to even apologize like a kind word like or anything, they just jump straight into “You’re lying and I’m done with this conversation, figure it out” so if you have an issue with the way they do things or even just how you’re spoken to, they don’t care. If you have an issue with the product or how it was applied, they don’t care. I had a horrible skin reaction only in the area where they tested a product on me and took pictures over the past couple weeks of it only getting worse and was told I was lying about everything. Please don’t go there if you value your skins health because they don’t care.

I purchased a one year subscription and after paying - and after an hour on a chat - it was discovered that I could not access the service because of a typographical error in my registration email address! They said it would take “5-7 days” to correct it!!! In the meantime they have my $148 and I have no VPN service for a WEEK?!?!? Very poor customer service.

Why should I give them even ONE star? I tried to open an account, gave up my e-mail, password, got a greeting message, on first log-in a message popped up: your account has been suspended. WHAT?So I sent them the selfie they wanted (why - makes no sense, as nothing to compare it with), I was promised they'd get back within 24 hours. That was two days ago.btw, no drama, I've lived without facebook all those years, I will happily continue, already asked the person to contact me via Signal, they sent the invite, we already spoke.I guess this hilarious facebook experience just proves what I 'kinda' knew all the time :)
