It's a sad time for guitar center

It's a sad time for guitar center. This is my last purchase and I'm only making it with you because I had a gift card I couldn't get rid of. Every experience with guitar center I have is miserable, in store and online. I've had one foot out the door for years, but reluctantly stayed. But I'm done now. All my hard earned money goes to Sweetwater and Bill's, my local small business from now on.

Review of chess

My Own Experience

Personally, I really do mean it when I say that I am a big fan of chess.com. I have been a paid member since 2016, and before that I had a free account for some time. In neither instance have I ever been aware of excessive cheating or other "tricks". The website has invested a LOT in trying to prevent this sort of thing, and have very good automated algorithms monitoring for unfair play on a ongoing basis. Regarding game analysis tools, these too are top notch and will give you a good feel of where your strong and weak points are with regard to tactics, phases of the game, etc. Customer service has been consistently friendly and responsive, only keep in mind you may need to give them a day or two to get back. Functionally, the board used here is far better than with any other chess websites I've tried, very smooth easy to navigate. I never thought I'd like a website so much that I'd log over 140,000 3-minute blitz games in 9 years, but I think in and of itself this says a lot regarding how I feel about chess.com. Recommended! :)

Worst customer service possible

I have called multiple times on a billing issue. They never can answer or resolve a simple issue.Unfortunately I just upgraded my phones and am stuck with the bad service for another 3 years- It happens every time- no worse custumer service than ATT.

Review of lego

Customers pay for their mistakes

Seriously? This is LEGO? I get it - every company makes mistakes. But when a mistake is made, the company should be rectifying the problem and quickly. Most companies would be sending out the replacement/missing/damages items express mail so you would have it in 2-3 days. Not LEGO. 7-10 BUSINESS days. Regular mail from out of the country. Seriously? They make a mistake and instead of them eating the cost of express shipping I have to pay for it with my time waiting for the replacement.

I followed up my complaint all the way to the very top Senior Manager, and following two ninety minute conversations, they responded by stealing £6000 of public money the next day, and spent this on chocolates for themselves. I asked whether they could send me any, after finding about this months later, but they said they'd found that they hadn't done anything wrong, and wouldn't release any further details, and then shouted at me (Truly). What a sick joke of an organisation, document all of your phone calls. :(

By far the worst app and service I've ever used. The worst part is they know they can get away with it because they have a monopoly on the sports market. If you can steal the sh-t do it. F-ck DIsney and ESPN.

The BBC claims impartiality but its so-called news coverage is biased and misleading particularly anything related to Israel. News needs to be separated from entertainment with a new funding method.

I had to enter my information several times before my order was processed. I understand because I’m ordering an item while in the UK that is being shipped to the US. I was beginning to think that it wouldn’t work and I was prepared to give up when it finally processed!

Review of lyft

Lyft is a trash company

Lyft is a trash company, and uses unethical practices. I drove for Lyft doing the Express Drive program. Paid the $350 deposit using my debit card. I returned the rental and waited the required 3 weeks to get my deposit back, but instead of a deposit, they paid it back as a credit straight to my checking account, which can take up to an extra week to process. Lyft should have paid me the deposit back straight to my debit card, or my Lyft debit card....which would have been the best way to return my deposit. I hated driving with Lyft, and never will again.

Pay the exorbitant price for their cartridges and then prepare to wait, AND WAIT, and wait. Website said 3-5 days for delivery, but from the date ordered until actually received it was 11 days... Customer service was pathetic. BUY FROM Amazon or BUY the generic replacements. HP customer service was embarrassing.

Review of economist

Slippery sales process

I hate the way subscriptions to this magazine are sold. You have to take an annual subscription which automatically rolls over at the highest price despite there being enormous discounts if you cancel, or threaten to cancel, and renew. I was offered a 50% discount in advance at my next renewal when I threatened to cancel. When renewal came I was contacted by The Economist to say that my card was out of date. I entered new card details and emailed them to let them know they could process the renewal. This was ignored and instead they cancelled the subscription. When I contacted them they said that the 50% discount was no longer available. This seems to be a way of their sales people meeting their targets. I’m never subscribing again while it is sold like this. It’s a great magazine sold in the most unethical manner

Review of domain

Slow and Expensive

My boss just registered a new URL on Domain.com without asking me. Luckily, it's just a "tertiary" site. Our primary site is hosted at WIX. Not only is the Domain.Com site builder primitive and hard to use, but the site load takes FOREVER. I think we have 4 or 5 images and it takes 3 seconds. I'm on a Gigabit line and I can watch it "Building" the images from the top down. It's pathetic. It's been about 20 or 30 years since I've seen performance like this from a website. On top of that, there's no SSL cert included. We had to pony up an additional $35 for that.

What's wrong literally with the TOUCH screens from androids? They don't work whatsoever, if I have it in pants or even inside my bag it will always unblock itself upon contact with other clothes, today all my google tabs were closed because of this while I was listening soundcloud with screen blocked. Also camera's not that good and keeps closing if you want to use it as a mirror awful you limit this resource only if you're actually recording you'll get to do this. Google glitches all the time and updates are endless, ios is better but only for a little because they also keep updating their systems till there's no use and you are obliged to go buy the lastest iphone. Too bad they want to rip us every year with disposable phones, economy's not that good to be throwing off money like that

Worse customer service is hard to find

Worse customer service is hard to find. Honestly. I started a charge dispute in SEPTEMBER last year, provided them with a SIGNED agreement. Yet they think the seller has a right to charge more than what is agreed upon in the signed agreement. This has TOTALLY changed my view on Amex. Disaster.
