I had an extremely awful experience with Zara customer services. Firstly there is no number but only the What’s app chat. They don’t respond and rudely disconnect the chat. This occurred back to back which was harassment itself. The parcel was delivered to a local shop, the tracker was not updated with no pick up code sent by Yodel. Zara refused to help so in the end I contacted the CEO for yodel and it was sorted out through them.Extremely disappointing, unprofessional and disrespectful customer services from Zara. They need to remember that’s customers make them and not the other way around! Most of the reviews are negative about them on this platform. They need to learn.

I did a booking back in November 2020 before the Governor of DC put up a travel restriction due to Covid. When the travel restriction was implemented I canceled my reservation and since then haven't been traveling for leisure because of Covid. I called in SWA today and they said they will do me a favor and give me a voucher that will expires in 6-months, but they will deduct $100. On top of that the customer service "Liz" said that I can not talk to her manager that she is at the top in the chain of command/decision on this matter and they will not give me an extension without deducting money from the original purchasing price.

Good Morning Britain used to be good when Piers Morgan was there, giving a sparkle, thump, and common sense to the news. But now? There's a replacement of a games' show host, a weather presenter, and a few others trying to fill his shoes. SR is still there of course, clasping her mug, 'drinking' from it and smiling, what else?, before any liquid has entered her mouth. And that phrase 'cumupnxt'! And the 50% volume of 'music' drowning out the remaining 50% of the headlines! Why? You can't hear the voice. Madness. Since I wrote moaning about CH's former salutation of 'Morning' to everyone instead of 'Good Morning' I see she can actually say the word good now; but their reporters still keep telling us that it is morning, without the good. Which makes sense in a way because the show is not good, anyway, any more.Recently, there were two excellent stories not commented on at all, as Piers would have done: the Fox TV farce of rubbishing vaccines and masks; and the Derek Chauvin trial coverage. One of the presenters, though, told us that we all agreed with the verdict. Nice of him giving such objective comment. Good fun to watch from time to time. Too bad about the quality, plastic smiles, overtalking, oversound and lack of the previous oomph.

Seem to always be understaffed, which makes customers wait longer, and causes frustration with the workers. It's been this way for 10+ in several Tractor Supply stores I've visited across several states. I like the products, but they should really hire some people in these stores. It makes for a better experience for the customer and provides jobs.
