I had a 5% coupon that expired 4/5/2025 and another one that expired 4/6/2025. Both arrived through my notifications. I tried to checkout last night and was not able to do so. I tried today and the 5% coupon did not work. Instead I was given a $40 off coupon but I wanted to apply the 5% off that was a $47 discount. Every penny counts now that everything is so expensive. I called and was told that the coupon that has an expiration of 4/16/2025, actually expired this morning at 00:01 am! that is ridiculous!! if the coupon has an expiration date of 4/16/2025, then it should expired tonight at 12:59pm (4/16/2025). It was a pretty bad experience given that it looks like false advertisement to me.
