I've asked the repair center to see if they can fix my motherboard, but they demand pay outrageous amount of money just to get my ROG laptop working order instead try to fix it without going on hand to fix a splosh motherboard coated with liquid metal. I decide i had enough for this excuse and decide take it to more delicate and professional technician who can skilfully bring my motherboard back to life

These people are incompetent, and they are liars. The house we checked into was under construction. Gutted bathrooms, electrical outlets hanging out of the wall, trim stripped off of the walls, industrial/professional dryers in every room.It took hours for them to respond to us, and when they finally did, they offered us a different house that was also completely unacceptable. We decided to leave, and they still tried to charge us roughly 50% of our total cost. VRBO was nowhere to be found when it was time to help us, although they were the first to have their hand out when it was time for us to pay.We reported all of it as fraud.

My complaint is too long to repeat cuz I just did so with the BBB. Whaddya know, they are not even an accredited company with the BBB. Shocker! And maybe that's why they have zero options for reviews or customer feedback on their website. It claims they have CS 24/7. When I talked to Sophia she told me to call CS between this and that time. I asked her, Aren't you CS? No response. Awful, terrible, ridiculous. Like another person commented, would've given zero stars, or even better, negative stars.

Ordered Sept 4th, Wayfair still shows delivery expected Sept 9th, its now Sept 20th, asked me to wait 10 days before they will submit a ticket then i can expect a responce usually in 24 hours, its been 48 and NOTHING. Dont know how this company even exists at this point. Feel like my money was just stolen, i dont think i will ever see this bed.

I created an account and after reviewing the amazing range of tools they had I simply decided that it was not what I was after. I was charged a week later the subscription fee despite having cancelled my account within the 7 day free trial period which caused me a lot of confusion and frustration. However after reaching out to the support team they were able to provide me with quick and helpful responses to my issue and issued me a full refund. With very prompt and professional responses we were able to work together to resolve the issue.

Their customer service is without doubt the worst especially their business support department. They randomly remove reviews for no reason causing damage to a company's reputation and they take no responsibility for their actions. They response are typically pathetic.
