Good to have features such as the WhatsApp-automation. Unfortunately it still has many bugs; also many of our contacts get stuck in the automation, and the service is very slow to respond anything useful (usually it takes some back-and-forth). I get disappointed more times by Brevo than positively surprised.

Same as previous (Lucinda ) second year i have been charged for a renewal i had not authorised . This time was charged £99.99p. FOR ONE YEAR !!!!. Theft is a too kinder word for these these people. Disgusting . ( AND they charged my credit card a whole month before IT was 'due' !! )

Land Registry...I paid £3.00 online to Land Registry for a Title Plan View. It would not allow me to download. I received an email stating from WorldPay that... "Payment will only be taken once the document requested from Land Registry has been successfully delivered to you."I tried another 3 times using different browsers and incognito mode in chrome all with same result. On their help forum they state that no payment will be deducted from account. My credit card has deducted all 4 payments.When they reply, even when they have not helped, they add insult to injury by adding SOLVED to the tread!!

First of all, I am incredibly frustrated with Domestika's customer service system, which relies entirely on automated AI responses and makes it impossible to communicate with a real person. This lack of human interaction adds to the frustration of resolving any issues.Secondly, Domestika uses deceptive tactics to lure customers into purchasing a subscription. They advertise a course for £0.99, only for you to find out a month later that you’ve been charged £184 for a subscription in a way that is hidden and misleading.Such practices are unacceptable, and I urge others to be careful when dealing with Domestika.

I think Deepl is great. I'm really baffled by recent negative reviews actually.More recently, the Deepl team (thanks Joyce) went out of their way to cancel an old subscription that I was unaware I had (due to changing email address).Very happy and 5 stars

I stopped using Zillow to look for rentals recently because just about every rental that’s listed no one ever calls back or they are taking people application fees and not calling or emailing you back to let you know wether you have been approved or not. Zillow needs to throughly check these people who are listing their properties on their site. I will never use Zillow again.

Zillow allows for anyone to claim your home and change facts. My husband and I have been harassed by a mentally unwell neighbor who claims our home on Zillow and changes data. Zillow customer service will not help. You can't speak to any live person. Our neighbor goes into Zillow over a dozen times a day and edits data on our home to anything they wish. Thank you Zillow for posting our home info and allowing for fraud, scams, and harassment. I see many lawsuits in your future.

Coinbase is posting a bunch of fake positive reviews to keep their ratings up on here and on the App Store so they can have the appearance of being a great exchange when that’s far from the truth. If it weren’t for the fake positive reviews I guarantee this company would have 1.5 stars max. A bunch of scammers that make it difficult to pull your money out and now constantly asking for tax info even tho trump rolled back the reporting regulations that started under Biden. I would suggest everyone look at the most critical reviews first before choosing to use this exchange. It will save your money from being stolen and save you the headache of dealing with these deep state weirdos. Never had a problem pulling my money off uphold. New investors start there. Also, take note when you’re reading the negative reviews about them stealing money, you see coinbase “customer service representatives” never respond with “This issue has been resolved”. Stay far away from this exchange.

Got a card paid for one thing then canceled the card because nobody else accepts it. Apparently if you cancel the card it's impossoble to make a payment without calling a million of there customer service lines only to find out they are disconnected and then when they finally call you it's after they've added fees for late payments.
