These people are incompetent, and they are liars. The house we checked into was under construction. Gutted bathrooms, electrical outlets hanging out of the wall, trim stripped off of the walls, industrial/professional dryers in every room.It took hours for them to respond to us, and when they finally did, they offered us a different house that was also completely unacceptable. We decided to leave, and they still tried to charge us roughly 50% of our total cost. VRBO was nowhere to be found when it was time to help us, although they were the first to have their hand out when it was time for us to pay.We reported all of it as fraud.
