Such a seriously awful site - I've barely any time to manage my job and navigate this sack of nonsense. Example: today I am trying to simply pay a late self assessment fine online - I had to use Google to find the page to specifically pay this which is ridiculous, but then it asks for a ref number beginning 'x' that does not seem to exist in any correspondence online. Now I embark on trying to find a number to call and waste my valuable time sitting in a queue. Exasperating does not cover it. Dreadful site. Ironically, I am a self employed web designer.
