Worst customer service

Worst customer service! Honestly don't know how anyone in operation uses them. Even though I cancelled months ago I'm still getting charged for apps. Ive tried multiple times to talk to someone. They say something like "Sir you have given us 2 merchant i.d. #s unfortunately, we can't help you at this time." What? I haven't even given you my merchant i.d. # once yet. I know that for a fact because I didn't even know where to locate it." LOL Now I do doesn't make a difference... Stay away from them.

Xero is a handy tool to have, the only issue I have is, even though there is 24/7 help and support, it is quite a wait for a reply at times, I also think having the option to actually speak with someone over the phone would be advantageous as not all small business owners are tech savvy

First time using Woot and it was not a good experience. Item I ordered and played for (funds cleared through bank) is now sold out. Received an email that they miscounted and oops sorry. Poor customer service. Not using Woot again.

Worst customer service

Chase Travel customer service team deservers minus rating! Never experienced such worst service and agents with any other provider. Every time/ every agent give different timelines/promises which they will never meet. I am chasing CHASE for my refund since Feb-2024 and till today they didn't refund my money and they keep making false promises. Worst possible and really really bad customer service agents/so called supervisors who never help their customers.

Temu Rip Off

I went onto the Temu app and was offered loads of free stuff that was listed, it said I could have up to 5 items. However, you also had to buy goods to get the free stuff, which I also put into my basket. The goods I ordered cost £27.31 plus the 5 free items. However now the goods have arrived , it seems only 1 item is free and I have paid £27.31 for some cheap rings that I was told were free and the other items have not arrived and are no longer in my basket, it's disgusting. They con you into thinking your getting a good deal and then intentionally rip you off

If I could give a half star I would have. Darrel or Darnel from Garmin customer (dis)service must be related to the Garmin’s. Asked to be provided an owners manual since one wasn’t provided but a multi language “safety manual” was?His response was to laugh at me.He laughed.This is customer service?You buy a Garmin gps n you’re on your own to figuring it out. Use YouTube n just forget about Garmin customer service.Total clown show.Feel like I threw my money in to a fire.Never buying from them again.

TRUELY awful customer services by ebay!! Seller wont respond to a return and all ebay have done is email them and after thats done nothing ebay have told me to take my own action OUTSIDE of ebay! What a complete joke! I accepeted a partial refund but have since found other issues and now ebay want to throw me under the bus and tell me theres jack they can do

Awful new update

One of the worst app updates I've seen - it takes away all the freedom and flexibility that the old UI allowed. I do the absolute bare minimum each day to retain my streak, but this app is no longer doing what it's meant to do, which is teach a language in an enjoyable, interesting way. It seems like the company wants to ruin itself.

My experience with DoorDash has been frustrating. The problem with door dash as well as other delivery driver apps, is that they have become extremely greedy. You must understand that these delivery driver gig apps is not a full time job. You also have to understand that the money that you have earned will be Burnt when your vehicle is disabled because of repairs. DoorDash has gotten to the point that even though you try 2 do a great job it basically ends up two Nothing. The low orders that you get 95% of the customers will give you a bad rating just because they Can. Also, there are plenty of immigrants or illegal immigrants that use ninja type apps to steal orders from you as well. You try to keep your acceptance rate up, but it is impossible. For my three-year experience to everyone. Stop using these gig work apps they are not worth all the pain and suffering that you endure. All of your struggles are in vain in the end. I wish you luck in your endeavors.

❤️ Great Value, Great Customer Service ❤️

I have used Namecheap since 2016. Initially, I was put off that phone Customer Support wasn’t available, but Live Chat responds promptly. I also find that there are online helps for my website and plan. The Knowledge Base is extensive. Whatever I do not understand, there is live chat. The Live Chat representatives respond in timely manner, they are professional, courteous and most of all patient! ( I am 70 and not very techie) The Reps assist me step by step, walking me through the process. If I mess up, they are waiting online to make the necessary corrections. If something is beyond their scope, they transfer me to the next level. It is always a smooth, timely transition for me. And, it’s exactly what I was seeking. I love the hosting plans available, the customer service and most of all the value!

I bought product through them, the seller doesn't even trade anymore. I got no product and it's been 3 months now - still no money back, they keep emailing back trying to delay things as much as possible. Reported to bank and police DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from their website, save yourself tons of headaches - go somewhere else
