Very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL Service

I made a call today to see why my new GP daddy email was not working properly with my CRM for my business. First spoke to “ Wayne” who was dry, short and rude. So, I let him give me then information. Then, being so disturbed by how he handled me… I decided to call back to talk with a supervisor and try to determine if this is normal behaviour toward a 15-year customer ? I called back and spoke to “Kevin” who claimed he needed specifics of why I wanted to talk to a supervisor. I gave him enough info without discussing all the details. He later came back to let me know “Laura” was looking into the matter. So, I asked him how can she look into the matter without talking to me? His response was “ what does that have to do with anything ! “ with another unprofessional tone. I decided to let him go. These people are rude and in 15 years as a customer I have not seen this kind of service before !

Eventbrite doesn't appear to have a working customer service. I did actually get through (25 minutes) to a person who suggested I use the chat option. Once you get there and type in your query you just wait.Gave up in disgust after 33 minutes.

Terrible, money hungry dirt balls! Pay people to have a support desk not just AI help that is so barbaric it can’t answer a simple question! Constantly clicking links to bring back to pages! For a simple question! Going forward I am washing my hands with EA! Do not recommend to anyone!

Frustrated

I’ve been a long time customer of DSW. Just recently, I placed an order for a pair of sneakers and I was sent the wrong ones in addition, they were mailed in the actual shoe box. I called customer service and they assured me the right ones would be sent. When I received the replacement pair, they were still the wrong ones. I had to call customer service numerous times and was so frustrated because the order was never corrected. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Item not received, still not received refund

Ordered a book through Amazon (order fulfilled by Amazon not third party seller). Due to be delivered on 5 December and not received. No email update received. Tracked order online and shown as undelivered as damaged in transit. Still not received refund to be able to order elsewhere and unlikely to receive in time for Christmas now.

Aljazeera for all your Hamas biased news

I've been watching various news channels a lot since the horrific Hamas terrorist attack, Al Jazeera are completely biased and pro Palestinian, I haven't once in a month heard the reporters or the newsreaders use the word "Hostage" its as if they are trying burry their heads in the sand and ignore the atrocities committed by Hamas.Why do they keep referring to the current situation as "the war on Gaza" its a retaliation for the Hamas attack, just call it what it is "the Hamas initiated war on Israel" the political correspondents for Al jazeera are a joke and shouldn't even be allowed on air, its embarrassing.

Refused to refund/replace my missing shirt

I ordered two shirts, and I received one. I contacted Adidas so they could make it right, but instead, Adidas are refusing to refund/replace the missing shirt.I have now had to open a dispute with my bank.I have been a loyal Adidas customer for years, and spend hundreds per month.I will be selling all things Adidas, and moving my brand loyalty to Nike now. Disgraceful!

I ordered a small model tank but when it arrived it was way too small. The seller and the company both refused a refund and suggested I sell the tiny model on eBay...! Stay well away from these scammers.

They left me without any heating for a week

So they bring out a new thermostat and discontinue the old one without stocking places with the new one. This left me without any heating for a week when my old thermostat broke after only 6 months of use. None of the trade stores had this new thermostat. Only Curry's were able to source me one of the new models and even then I had to get it delivered as they had no stock in store. Extremely bad 'Nest' to do this to the nation.

More of a scam/virus than the ones it's supposed to "protect" against.

Came auto-downloaded on my computer. CANNOT get it off- that "removal" tool from the company is a SCAM. Constantly changing my browser from Chrome to Yahoo literally every week- can't change it permanently. Also takes up so much storage that my computer is slowing down. Neverending pop-up ads begging for me to renew subscription, that my subscription ended at xxx date, that I have crashed/have a virus... yes, I DO have a virus, and it's this scam of an "antivirus/malware protection" software.(also, customer service is completely useless. Spent hours and getting nowhere. They need to fire these useless people and hire people that actually do their job.)

Review of flipkart

Fake and faulty products sold repeatedly

I purchased three products through Flipkart recently. Of these one of them turned out to be a fake/spurious product (WAHL 9243-4724 Hair Clipper, Order no:OD122362417393230000). I had to file a complaint with consumer forum (consumerhelpline.gov.in) to get a refund. The second product (Prestige 32-Litre OTG 32 (42271), Order no:OD122425064132426000) I bought on sale is malfunctioning from the very first run. The knob to change the oven mode is broken and the convection fan made a terrible noise as if something is broken or stuck in it. The heating rod gives burnt smell. Almost after 15days of asking for return nobody has come to pick it up (Even though I received a message saying that someone will come to pickup the product the very next day). Flipkart allows only replacement and not a refund for this garbage of an OTG. My repeated attempts to contact Flipkart's customer service didn't yield any helpful resolution.What is even worse, when I wrote a review for the clipper and OTG saying that the seller sold fake and faulty products Flipkart won't publish them. This clearly means that Flipkart would encourage faulty products to be sold on their site rather than care for customer satisfaction.

Tried to buy a gift card for family in the Netherlands via Bol.com and pay with my english credit card. Bol.com doesn't accept an english credit card despite the fact that I managed to do the same last year. They say they have changed the conditions??? Not too good for international relationships

not worth the price tag, learn why

The price does not match the quality of service or the features. I would recommend something like Survey Monkey or even Monday.com forms. They basically look the same. This company does not really care much for the Typeform product as they haven’t updated in a very long time. It seems like they are focusing more on their videoask product which is disappointing because you are paying over 500 dollars for typeform. It feels like they did not really think of the user experience and customer service when developing this product and mostly focused on marketing. If you go to the typeform community there are not a lot of people active there and it seems like these people are doing more of the work when issues arise. I would stay away from Typeform and look for better alternatives.

"DO NOT BUY OFF THIS COMPANY" Totally pathetic, my wife bought me a Brand new Combo amp off them for xmas, Amp didn't work properly, and issue continually got worse, we reported issue and asked for return and refund, they sent us a collection label, but we had to take it to collection points, when we attempted to, the collection points ether did not exist or would not take items of the package weight, went back to them, managed to get them to arrange collection,waited in all day, only for driver in a small van to come and say he has no room for a parcel that size, he is obviously not a DHL driver as they stated would be, I have never ever has such issues with any company, they have not responded to my emails, TOTALLY PATHETIC SERVICE. Just to add, waited in all day "AGAIN" still no collection!! and forget response from them, I have been trying to contact them!! "DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OFF THIS COMPANY"
