Your solution to the problem after nearly two months, was to “work through the bank” and, this morning, I was contacted by Wells Fargo Dispute office. Wayfair still insists that I have to disassemble 100 lb plus futon and return it to get a refund. It would be different if my purchase was a lamp or a chair, but this futon is so heavy and awkward. Your return policy regarding defective merchandise is totally unreasonable! It is remarkable to me that Wayfair remains in business with all the posted negative reviews and their lack of taking responsibility!

Be very careful when using Smallpdf. They automatically charge you after the trial ends without any reminder, and their customer support refuses to help—even if you contact them less than 24 hours after the charge.Despite reaching out immediately and explaining the situation, they hid behind their terms and conditions and showed zero flexibility. The responses felt automated and dismissive, with no real attempt to assist.There are plenty of other services that offer similar tools without resorting to these shady subscription tactics. I would not recommend Smallpdf to anyone.

My experience was meh, I got subscribed & didn't realize. I think they trick you with that bit, I got refunded through PayPal because I cancelled it straight away though, apparently they wouldn't refund me otherwise. I was never going to use it... The camera came very fast, nicely packaged in the bag. The only thing is that it doesn't come with an SD card EVEN THOUGH I ORDERED THE BUNDLE WHICH WAS MEANT TO COME WITH THE SD. 🙄😒 I will be sorting that out or else I'm going to get refunded for the SD card I never got, I used Zip & PayPal so if anything goes wrong or if your camera was crappy etc, just hit up PayPal & they will 100% help you. The reviews honestly scared me & are pretty accurate, I won't be buying from gopro.com again. It annoys me that we have to always go back & sort it out, when they are supposed to be making sure that us customers are getting everything we have paid for.

Unbelievable and Unfair Suspension!I’ve been selling on multiple platforms for over 15 years and have never encountered anything as ridiculous as Depop’s team. After two years of listing my items, providing top-tier customer service, and maintaining outstanding feedback, they suddenly suspended my account permanently for supposedly selling a fake item. The items in question? A Ray-Ban sunglasses case and a Burberry makeup bag—both 100% authentic. The Burberry bag was a gift with purchase, not a counterfeit, but Depop clearly doesn’t understand the difference.I never once had complaints from buyers, yet without warning or a real review process, they shut down my store. Meanwhile, actual counterfeit sellers run rampant on the platform. It’s absurd. For new sellers—don’t even bother. They’re a complete waste of time. If you’re serious about reselling, take your business elsewhere. Depop needs to fix this and give people second chance or they will lose sellers.

The fact that every school / university uses this app is crazy to me. The user interface is bad and very much not user friendly. Finding things you need can be really hard. It is also incredibly unoptimized. It loads slow and slows down your whole desktop. For an app labeled under "productivity" is slows down a LOT of actual work and makes you wanna kill yourself (in minecraft)
