Your solution to the problem after nearly two months, was to “work through the bank” and, this morning, I was contacted by Wells Fargo Dispute office. Wayfair still insists that I have to disassemble 100 lb plus futon and return it to get a refund. It would be different if my purchase was a lamp or a chair, but this futon is so heavy and awkward. Your return policy regarding defective merchandise is totally unreasonable! It is remarkable to me that Wayfair remains in business with all the posted negative reviews and their lack of taking responsibility!
