I ordered some air max's then read all the bad reviews. I emailed them and asked to cancel the order because i was nervous. They said it was to late but they would take $5 off which they did. But honestly it was all for nothing. I got brand new shoes (I kept seeing reviews about receiving worn shoes) and it took about 14 days but the shoes were $30 cheaper than they were on Amazon so it was worth the wait.

Go into bb and look for a head unit, from a major manufacturer. got talked into a floor model (used) told the warranty was the same, had it installed, and since I've gone through 3 batteries and bb said it was fine. I will never go back to them, of course the cc company is too late to return so maybe small claims court, there needs to be a remedy and accountability.

The hotel policy written on their app lacked information so I was charged additional fee upon checking in. The info was only written on their website. The worst part is agodas customer service. They copy paste responses, tell you you should have checked the hotel website for the policy upon booking (yes! i think they forgot they are the booking site), eager to end conversation despite unsatisfied customer. Theyre like, ok now you know, but we’re not sorry. Heartless people who ignore you after they get your money.

It keeps losing my downloads, like every few weeks. Its so annoying!! It doesn't even matter what phone I use, its done this on my last 4 top of the range phones. Not very user friendly at all. Feels like a waste of money - also not great for growth of music industry as musicians get peanuts for their music.

What went wrong with American Express?? Once a great company, in the last year the customer service has deteriorated! Hotel refused to give me fully refundable deposit, I had proof that my booking was fully refundable but Amex did not refund me the money despite providing all the necessary documentation! Their attitude on the phone is sometimes VERY rude. After numerous calls with their terrible management (where do they train their managers? Or is anybody in Customer services a 'manager' as the attitude/customer care is non existent?) I finally decided that enough is enough and cancelled my card. How any company can treat their customers this way is beyond me!

Too much censorship, particularly in the comments - one has to be creative with how they reply, otherwise it gets rejected under the excuse of "not meeting community guidelines", which are so vaguely defined that it's impossible to understand what they really are. Also, too many similar articles posting similar stories, even if they do come from different newspapers.

Probably weirdest service I’ve ever experienced.My photos was requested to be deleted but they wasn’t until I closed my account that took ~4 months. Also for sold photos money never arrived, but support team was tellig me that they were transfered. Interesting fact I never added any bank details or PayPal details on my account so money could not be ever transfered.Support was so rude they were responding as robots without any clear explanation.So I never received any penny and my photos was used for commercial purposes.I would suggest to avoid this service especially for new users.
