Been with them 10 years, was always able to solve all my issues in the past with customer service easily. Recently they switched to some outsourced customer service in the Philippines or something. Horrible experiance, wasted 2 hours of my time, and the rep STILL did not understand the issue. I will look for another company with better customer service, I cannot get anything done with Shopify anymore

I do volunteerwork for a non-profit organization for which Mailchimp was easy to use and afordable. The credits were perfect since we only have limited mailings per year. Now prices have skyrocketed for credits and a monthly subscription is too costly too. Therefore we are forced to quit using Mailchimp.

Absolutely disgracefulAfter successful purchases and selling my account was point blank blocked and I cannot even create a new one from the same device. When challenged, they said the decision was unappealable, they did not give me any reason other than that I broke the rules. This is absolutely ridiculous?I have in no way ever broken the regulations of the app. They had once claimed wrongly that I was selling a pair of fake nike shoes and I appealed and they said I was right and they were not fake and made me keep the listing. This company is ruining my business. Once your sales representative sets you up with the equipment, good luck ever getting a hold of them again. Also, despite being told my funds will be deposited in my account within 1-3 business days, I don’t see it for 7-30 business days. 30 days!!!!! Oh but the fee they charge you for running a credit card will pull out of your account by the next day. They will also randomly hold some of your funds in a “reserve”. I was never told any of this was a possibility. Calling into customer service will do no help. They will keep telling you there is no way to contact their higher departments except through email.

I see Amazon has a 1.7 out of 5 rating here, which surprised me a bit. I’ve been ordering from Amazon.nl for years, and sometimes Amazon.de, mostly items sold and shipped by Amazon itself. In hundreds of orders and multiple contacts with their customer service, I haven’t had any issues. When problems did come up, getting refunds or replacements was usually straightforward and didn’t take much effort. They’ve been reasonable and flexible in handling different situations.I’m aware no company is perfect, but from my experience, their service has been significantly better than their competitors.

Scammed me out of 415 DKK. Never received an order confirmation and when i send proof of my order in form of my PayPal receipt, the customer service stops answering my e-mails. Borderline illegal behavior in my opinion. Would not recommend anyone shopping at uniqlo - if anything goes wrong there is no help to be had and you Will never see your money again.

Xbox was trying to charge me £20 to ‘purchase’ Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War which I had already bought years ago. To fix this issue of course I needed to contact customer support only to find out it is literally impossible to speak to a real person as they wouldn’t give me a call back.
