I have my Scribd subs on pause most of the time because I cannot work so I cannot justify the ongoing expense. I'm happy to let a month's subs go through when I use Scribd resources for something. There used to be an email warning when subs were going to be restarted but this has stopped. I was in hospital when it renewed and only realised when I saw my statement. I have written to customer services twice and been ignored. Fine; now you get my cancellation and I get to warn others that you are resuming subs without warning.Edit. Having seen your response: the reason you don't have ticket numbers for my reports is because your online form goes nowhere. It does not enter your ticket queue and it does not generate a ticket number. Nice.

Microsoft are money thieving c*nts. The other day they charged my dad's card for an £80 Microsoft family plan, keep in mind I only have a Microsoft account to use for my xbox. AM I GONNA BE MAKING POWERPOINTS ON MY XBOX????? today they charged me because I had a free trial of gamepass, I had turned recurring payments off however they charged my card anyway. That money was sent to me by my mum this morning and probably not even hour later they charged me so I had no money to buy lunch with and was stuck hungry all day :). Also it is f*cki1ng impossible to actually cancel any subscriptions or remove your cards from your xbox. Everything about Microsoft is a wind up

Hilton has probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced... they are the Xfinity of the Hotel world. Twice I have called them and been on hold for upwards to 80 minutes! The second time, they just auto hung up on me while I was holding! This entire chain is a huge scam and waste of time/money. BEWARE! Stay clear and choose a much more reliable chain, such as MARRIOTT! Marriott has never treated me poorly and always provided top notch customer service. Never again will I "attempt" to stay at a Hilton.

I had set up regular job alerts by email. I also receive emails via the desktop verison of Outlook 2019. In the middle of September 2024 I noticed that links associated with vacancies whihc would noramlly opena tab in my browser were missing. Despite reaching out to their support, they were absolutely clueless. In the end I emailed their CEO James and Chairman Christian but despite numerous polite and civil reminders the fxckers failed to respond. I feel that they feel they don't need to explain as they sit in their self entitled ivory tower. Pxss poor service all around. Will take my business to other sites like Indeed.

Awful experience! I got scammed and I have had my account for 12 years. They transferred me 6 different times and I had dispute numbers for all that happened. Just got off the phone with Les from the dispute center and he said nothing could be done. Worthless bank!

I was charged for an order I did not make. I was looking at the order and then stopped the order BEFORE payment and they took it anyway as the order was linked to my phone number and address. I DID NOT MAKE A PAYMENT but they took the money out of my linked account. They have refused to pay it back as the order was from a linked address and phone number. Which means that you only have to look at making an order and they take it as ordered and then refuse to reimburse the amount.

As a loyal, long-term customer of Amazon US and Amazon UK, I can testify that Amazon ES is the worst one! After going through a return, I realized that unlike Amazon US, where the philosophy is that a satisfied customer is a loyal customer, I understood why my Portuguese friend dislikes Amazon ES – they have the mentality that they will grind you to dust and not give you the refund.Como cliente fiel e de longo prazo da Amazon US e Amazon UK, posso testemunhar que a Amazon ES é a pior! Após passar por uma devolução, percebi que, ao contrário da Amazon US, onde a filosofia é que um cliente satisfeito é um cliente fiel, entendi por que meu amigo português não gosta da Amazon ES – eles têm a mentalidade de que vão triturá-lo até virar pó e não lhe dar o reembolso.

I needed help locating a product/products. Actually a full line of face products. It seemed as though employees were helping all the young girls. There were a couple employees walking around but NO ONE came to ask me if I needed help or if I was doing ok nor did the check out young employee. I searched/walked around for at least an hour, also just seeing if anyone would approach me. Not one. As a bit of an older woman seems as though every time I go into this particular store I'm ignored. I purchase just as much, or prob even more, as the young girls.

I had a simple question about signing up with telstra so i chatted with a customer service rep on their website. The customer service rep had trouble understanding me despite explaining my question in various different ways. The customer service rep also took ten minutes at a time to respond to me. Extremely frustrating but at least they show you their true colours from the very beginning!
