Behind in the competition

There is no reason for anyone to buy F Secure. You can get the same level of protection from a free anti-virus as well. F Secure does not even come with a firewall (many other Internet Security suites for the same price range do). F Secure has a broken interface that opens up every time your computer boots and the worst part is that you can just uninstall the product with no additional verifications. Click of a button, and your anti-virus is gone. :-O

Bought 7 tickets to see the Districts…no refund

Bought 7 tickets to see the Districts at the Chameleon Club in Lancaster pa on April 17, 2020 through Eventbrite. Bought the tickets on February 9, 2020. The governor has closed all nonessential businesses through April 30th. I tried to get a refund through Eventbrite and the system gave me the runaround. I called the phone number and the recording said that they were no longer operating phone calls. I now have no way to get my money back. I will NEVER buy anything from Eventbrite again. I’m so mad!!! 😡

I purchased (3) pairs of shoes

I purchased (3) pairs of shoes for an out of town trip (1) for myself and (2) for my girlfriend. I wore one pair the first day and about 3 hours into the day, the shoes started to come apart. Then my girlfriends shoes hurt her feet so bad that we had to uber everywhere, because she could not walk in them any longer. They were sketchers....made for walking.....the last pair she wore (dressier shoes) were not any good either. Upon returning from the trip, she took them back for a return to get a refund or replacements...They would not return them and she was told that they were to worn....*after only hours of wearing them*...what a rip off...do not buy from DSW.. Their shoes are inferior and are most likely seconds or irregulars. Horrible customer service as well!!

Bought Audio Technical turntable Refund issuesin…

Bought Audio Technical turntable in April 2024 sound developed fault on toner rm so arranged a replacement. Replacement developed same fault so asked for a refund of £315. This was supposed to be on my credit card but an entry of £36.63 appeared. Despite numerous chats and calls who told me I’d asked for a replacement I got nowhere. Eventually I got to speak to someone who referred to me as Dude and he said. The rest of the money had been put on gift cards. Whilst I have gift cards this is not what they said would happen and is not a refund.

A month ago I bought one Lego set for my friend's birthday gift. Of cause, it was sold by Otto and planned 2 weeks to liefer. Until now It takes 1 month, and probably 1 month more. The System (one bot chat) informed that I could receive the packet as soon as they could make delivery.Lmaohpbd my dear, sr for buying ur birthday gift on the wrong placeto Otto: when u dont have articles in your depot for sale , just inform ur customers that this thing couldnt be bought and purchased. Don't give ur customers a so long...long Plan to liefer, when they believed and bought something from u .Waiting makes so stressful and a late delivery would make so disappointed

On Sunday, 01/03/2015 at 17:15 clock my 1 1/2 year old daughter fell to the back of the head on a sharp edge on the 4th floor at El Corte Ingles Jame III to Palma de Mallorca and was bleeding from the head. I asked a salesperson to call the ambulance immediately. The clerk picked up the phone and handed me the phone. Instead of the Ambulance attendant I had the El Corte Ingles on handset and first had 2 minutes to make information about myself. Then I did the woman a further 2 minutes on hold. When the lady came back on the phone, she asked me more stuff. I unbrach the woman if the ambulance was on the way. She said No! Incredibly this woman. I asked the woman to call the ambulance and stop me to ask these unimportant things. She raised her voice and was abusive. I asked the woman again to call the ambulance and the employee of El Corte Ingles just put on. Then I called my phone 112. The ambulance arrived a few minutes later and drove my daughter to a hospital.

Such behavior should definitely be punished, I'll make a criminal complaint for non-assistance to the Spanish police tomorrow!

Thank you El Corte Ingles that you deal with such fellows ..

Unterlassene Hilfeleistung bei Babyunfall - Dame in der Telefonzentrale weigert sich die Ambulance zu rufen!

Am Sonntag, den 01.03.2015 um 17:15 Uhr fiel meine 1 1/2 jährige Tochter mit dem Hinterkopf auf eine spitze Kante im 4. Stock im El Corte Ingles Jame III auf Palma de Mallorca und blutete am Hinterkopf. Ich bat eine Verkäuferin sofort die Ambulance zu rufen. Die Verkäuferin griff zum Telefon und gab mir den Hörer. Statt die Ambulance hatte ich die Telefonzentrale von El Corte Ingles am Hörer und musste erstmal 2 Minuten lang Angaben zu meiner Person machen. Danach tat mich die Frau eine weitere 2 Minuten in die Warteschleife. Als die Dame wieder am Telefon war, fragte Sie mich weitere Sachen. Ich unbrach die Frau, ob die Ambulance auf dem Weg wäre. Sie sagte Nein! Unglaublich diese Frau. Ich forderte die Frau auf die Ambulance zu rufen und aufzuhören mich diese unwichtigen Sachen zu fragen. Sie erhob Ihre Stimme und wurde ausfallend. Ich forderte die Frau nochmal auf die Ambulance zu rufen und die Mitarbeiterin von El Corte Ingles legte einfach auf. Daraufhin rief ich mit meinem Handy die 112. Die Ambulance kam wenige Minuten später und fuhr meine Tochter in ein Krankenhaus.

So ein Verhalten sollte definitiv betraft werden ich werde morgen eine Strafanzeige wegen unterlassener Hilfeleistung bei der spanischen Polizei stellen!

Vielen Dank El Corte Ingles, dass Sie solche Mitmenschen beschäftigen...

El Domingo, 03/01/2015 a las 17:15 reloj mi 1 1/2 años hija cayó a la parte posterior de la cabeza sobre un borde afilado en la 4ª planta de El Corte Inglés Jame III de Palma de Mallorca y estaba sangrando de la cabeza. Le pregunté a un vendedor para llamar a la ambulancia inmediatamente. El secretario cogió el teléfono y me pasó el teléfono. En lugar de la operadora Ambulancia tuve el El Corte Inglés el auricular y primero tenía 2 minutos para hacer que la información acerca de mí mismo. Luego hice la mujer otros 2 minutos en espera. Cuando la dama volvió a ponerse al teléfono, me preguntó más cosas. Yo unbrach la mujer si la ambulancia estaba en camino. Ella dijo que no! Aunque parezca increíble esta mujer. Le pregunté a la mujer para llamar a la ambulancia y me deje de hacer estas cosas sin importancia. Alzó la voz y era abusivo. Le pregunté a la mujer otra vez para llamar a la ambulancia y el empleado de El Corte Inglés acaba de poner. Entonces llamé a mi teléfono 112. La ambulancia llegó unos minutos más tarde y se dirigió a mi hija a un hospital.

Tal comportamiento definitivamente debe ser castigado, voy a hacer una denuncia penal por la no asistencia a la policía española mañana!
