Review of facebook
If I could give zero I would! Facebook are quite simply one of the worst companies I've ever had the misfortune to encounter. Their customer service is non existant, repeated automated messages saying sorry they know you've been waiting a long time for a response, then as we've not heard back from you we've paused this chat. Nothing can ever be resolved, they should take responsibility and look after their customers but it's never going to happen.

Review of fedex
Apparently priority delivery means whenever the driver wants to deliver it. Package was supposed to be delivered BEFORE 4 pm not 10 minutes until 8 pm. Customer service representatives on the 800 number LIE and act like they're talking to the driver and continuing reading a script like you're not even a person. I guarantee fedex won't do anything about it or make it right. The driver NEEDS to be fired IMMEDIATELY

Review of wayfair
If I could give them zero stars I would. Unfortunately, I did not read the reviews before I even considered buying from Wayfair. I now know why my experience was so horrible. Their Customer Service review score is 1.3. Out of FIVE. I purchased a beautiful rug online. When it arrived, the colors were totally different than what was pictured online. I supplied Wayfair with the requested photo. I got a return mailing label and the return postage was $54.49. I called Customer Service again this morning and asked to speak with a supervisor. I was told that the CEO gave the reps the authority to make all final decisions and the supervisor of that group didn't get involved. What kind of policy is this??? After a lot of back-and-forth, I was offered a Credit of $13. This means my shipping is still over $40. I will never purchase from this company again. I hope my review saves others from going through the same aggravation.

Review of mercari
Made an order online for around $65. All high end make-up. The seller, user560310845 ‘Luckygirl’, who was a complete scam. Other than switching out products, items not labeled properly, everything showed up sticky and slimy. The day I got the package in, I emailed Mercari through their site and requested a return/refund. It was done in less than 12 hours after I got everything as Mercari only gives you 72 hours to alert them if there is an issue. Also sent the same message request to seller. (Seller didn’t care). I got back a ‘high volume, you’re important, we will get to you’ message from Mercari. They still didn’t respond after THEIR 72 hour deadline even though I reached out more than once. Well, they reviewed the purchase and released the funds to the seller. After they finally got back to me, 5 days after I filed the issue, I got a ‘it’s too late, should have done something sooner’ email. I ended up going back and forth with their horrible customers service, asking for a supervisor as the CS agent wasn’t listening and only sending the same ‘so sorry, too late’ email to me 1/2 a dozen times. That was refused. I ended up taking screenshots that were date and time stamped showing I followed their policy to the letter. It still took days of them complaining and giving me a ‘it’s too late, what do you expect us to do about it’ response from here out. I stated I wanted my money back. Roughly 12 days after the original message I finally get a refund for what I paid…. In store credit that would expire in 90 days!! Again, emailed them saying I wanted my money back. To cut this short, I’m still emailing them and now I’m being allowed to withdrawal the money into my PayPal, then into my checking account so that I can pay off my credit card (because they absolutely will not just refund to original payment method). But, I can only withdrawal my money, IF I PAY THEM A FEE to do so. They are refusing to wave the fee.If they had followed their own policies to this it would have saved me money, work, almost 2 weeks and a lot of stress. Their customer service does not protect their buyers. And I’m not allowed to rate the scamming seller either. TLDR: Mercari didn’t follow their own policies, and gave be back store credit that will expire or I can withdrawal it if I pay them a fee to do so.

My husband and I bought a storm door. We ordered white, but they gave us a different color. It looks cream. Called them, of course I got the run around. Told me they would replace it at our cost. They were the ones who made the mistake. Very upset because we are seniors, and fell they took advantage of us. We will never buy anything from them again. From all these bad reviews, I should have known better. Everywhere else tries to work with you, if there is a problem. Lowes doesn't even try.

Review of shipstation
Buying apps online is always a risky business. Will it work, can I get support, can I cancel if it doesnt work? My experience with Shipstation with the support of my account manager Mustapha Abou El Nay has been outstanding. Mustapha is always available on email, phone or zoom to make the tweaks I need to make this powerful application transform the fulfillment side of my business. Excellent. Thanks for all your help Mustapha.
