I'm very disappointed with the outcome of my case regarding the return shipping fees for my order. Before initiating the return, I specifically confirmed with an AliExpress Customer Service agent that I would be reimbursed for the return shipping costs, as long as the items were undamaged. I have screen captured our chat. This was clearly stated and is visible in our conversation.It's frustrating that after following your customer service's guidance, my claim for reimbursement has been rejected by Aliexpress higher team. At no point during the return process did I receive any message indicating that I would be liable for return shipping costs if the return lacked a valid reason.In fact, I specifically inquired about the five free returns policy, and CS explicitly told me I would still be reimbursed for the return shipping cost if the items were undamaged. The only other information provided was, 'If the returned items) is used, damaged or incomplete after warehouse's inspection, then this return shipping will be deducted from your order amount.' Consequently, I cannot accept the premise that I, as the customer, was sufficiently or accurately notified.
