I wish I could give them zero stars. My bill changes every month. They do NOT honor payment arrangements unless you talk to a human (don't try to use their automated for this, it will not save!).For over 18 months I asked them how I could lower my bill and was told I was paying the lowest possible, then one day when I asked, the guy was like, "Sure, I can lower it $10 for you!" So for 18 months, I was paying $10 more than I should have.I've already been a part of ONE class-action suit against this terrible, corrupt (IMO) company, so I know they are crooked. I'm leaving them and going to Consumer Cellular.

Complained to Amazon about two wrongly delivered parcels, which went to the wrong address number, and even the wrong street! Firstly Amazon do not make it easy to complain but after about a half hour of searching I finally got to speak to someone. Luckily for me a neighbour called me to tell me my parcels were on her neighbours doorstep getting soaked in the rain! Not wanting a reoccurrence I complained and was told a case and been raised and the driver informed. I thought case closed, but my wife today had the same experience, same wrong address and left out in the rain again! Obviously my complaint did no good, so I’m leaving this poor review.

I truly wish I could leave the BBC no stars because thats exactly what they deserve ! The BBC used to be a highly trusted News Corporation trusted by millions throughout the world, but no more they have now become corrupt and totally woke with it ! there are many many examples over the last few years, but what really took the BBC to new depths of depravity was calling the dambusters infamous how dare you the whole corporation should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves I have no time whatsoever for the corrupt BBC the quicker it is defunded and broken up as a corporation the better it will be for our country as a whole.

Someone made an account with their name but using my stolen credit card info. After I saw that they had spent hundreds on Lyft in a short time span, I put my card on hold and contacted Lyft (via email; there is no phone number to call for customer support which is crazy for time sensitive matters!) to ask for a refund but more importantly, that they immediately remove my credit and/or debit card(s) info from their system. After providing them with the proof they requested, all I’ve gotten is a couple of nonsensical replies to my emails that indicated that each person replying had no idea what had been going on prior, even tho it was all part of the same email chain. It’s been a week now, other bill payments have been interferes with as I can’t lift the hold until this company removes my payment information from their system, and they have stopped responding. Now I have to get an entirely new credit card, which takes even more time, and eat the hundreds that was stolen from me. PISSED.

Coinbase ripped me off!! When I went to transfer funds to another wallet they offered "Coinbase" as an option for the transfer. This was the first time as I noticed the usual icon was missing. It also said "free" for the transfer fee and so I chose it. The money was sent, but the receiving wallet did not get it. I was Scammed!! Use "Coinbase" at your own risk. I am just now learning about so many others that they stole from. 😔 It's very easy to lose ALL of your MONEY here!!! The average of the reviews of Coinbase is 2.5. Yet it shows 3.8! How can that be?57% of reviews here on Trustpilot give a 1 star ranking! Update: Just pretended like they were looking into it, never reached out to me, just a bs reply from them below. They just want to fool you.

They claim it is only us, however all other emails are working perfectly with our servers. There customer service is so limited, I would not use this platform for serious commercial purposes.

Bought 144hz monitor, just to realize its actually working on 60hz, and it cant work on 144hz. Advertising that it's 144hz but it's not. Probably many people got that monitor and have no clue that its 60hz one lol, pure scamming.For everyone that has ASUS VG248QZ 24, that monitor does not work on 144hz.Like a week ago my girlfriend bought ASUS gaming laptop ASUS TUF Gaming FX505DY-BQ024 Black that broke 2 times IN A week, of course, its "REPAIRABLE" and she can't get money back or get a new one. She has to wait every time 1-14 days to get her laptop back. One of the worst companies in the world, they only sell products cuz of a good marketing team that manages to add ASUS in every Esport event so people somehow end up seeing it a lot and think its good.Laptop one time just shut down randomly, and it didn't want to turn on. They repaired it, and 2days later, she got scared that some airplanes are flying next to her apartment but it was just the laptop doing wrmmmm. Not even joking if you listen to that sound more than 5 hours there is a high chance you will go deaf.Of course, they will "REPAIR" it again, saying that its impossible to get money back as you used laptop lol.
