I wish I could give them zero stars

I wish I could give them zero stars. My bill changes every month. They do NOT honor payment arrangements unless you talk to a human (don't try to use their automated for this, it will not save!).For over 18 months I asked them how I could lower my bill and was told I was paying the lowest possible, then one day when I asked, the guy was like, "Sure, I can lower it $10 for you!" So for 18 months, I was paying $10 more than I should have.I've already been a part of ONE class-action suit against this terrible, corrupt (IMO) company, so I know they are crooked. I'm leaving them and going to Consumer Cellular.
