Usage limit is far too restrictive on a business plan

Honestly as an AI model, it's better than ChatGPT.However, the usage limit is far too low. I have a much higher usage limit on a personal pro plan with GPT than I do on a business plan with Claude.Unless the usage limit is eased up a bit, I will suggest to my company that we explore other AI options.

Review of booking

WARNING: Booking.com allow inaccurate and misleading listings on their website and seem more interes

WARNING: Booking.com allows Misleading Listings and Prioritizes Hosts Over CustomersI have been a loyal user of Booking.com for many years, but I feel compelled to share a recent experience that raises serious concerns about their practices and policies. We booked a property that was advertised as “beachfront”, “250ft from the beach”, and “100m from a specific bar and café.” Additionally, the location pin provided on Booking.com placed the property in close proximity to these amenities.Upon arrival, we discovered that the listing was entirely inaccurate. The property is in fact 6.4km from the beach, 6.4km from the bar and café mentioned, and 6.5km from the location shown on the map on Booking.com. It is not beachfront as advertised, nor is it remotely close to the attractions highlighted in the listing.Given the clear and misleading nature of the advertisement, we had no choice but to cancel the reservation immediately without staying at the property. Despite this, the property charged us in full, citing their cancellation policy. However, had the listing been accurate, we would never have made the booking in the first place. We raised this issue with Booking.com multiple times, expecting a resolution. Unfortunately, they refused to issue a refund, stating that the property declined the request. Booking.com continues to pass responsibility onto the property owner, despite the fact that our contract is with Booking.com, and they are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of listings on their platform.Booking.com are preventing us from writing a review of the property as our booking was cancelled by the property due to us not staying there. This seems to allow booking.com to skew reviews in favor of the property and doe not allow for fair and transparent reviews from customers.Even more concerning, Booking.com has allowed the listing to remain unchanged, despite being made aware of its false and misleading content. This not only reflects poor customer service but also a worrying disregard for consumer protection. As a result, we are now pursuing legal action against Booking.com for their failure to address this matter appropriately and for continuing to host and promote fraudulent content on their site.I strongly urge prospective customers to avoid Booking.com, as they do not stand by the customer when problems arise—especially when false advertising is involved. I will be using alternative websites going forward.

No refunds after cancellation

Automatic (more expensive!) renewal without notification. Cancelled right away but no refunds. Customer care said this was in their terms & conditions. I believe that's true but it's unbelievably bad that they won't budge and reimburse if you want to cancel, what a scam. At least send out a notification so people know this is coming (and are able to take action)

I was playing a game and out of no where I literally got kicked off the game, all my games are locked (besides 1 game that is disc) restoring license dosent do anything, I get a error code trying to activate as primary and the customer service people are literally more clueless then me on the situation and are absolutely 0 help. After I go into detail on everything I did to try to get my games back (reading up on the error code and trying everything that says could fix it) and tell them only thing they asked was “are you signed in to your account” then procede to say “go to account management and once your there go to activate as your primary ps4” Like that’s what I’ve been doing and that’s where I’m getting the error code. Well I’m still locked out of all my games so I’ve wasted all my money on my recently purchased games and can’t do anything about it and apparently Customer support can’t either. Thanks

Terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service.I purchased a supermarket simulator game last night, played for a couple of hours to then pick it up again today to discover how broken the game is. Glitches and bugs throughout the game. Yes it was only £5 but I thought I’ll ask for a refund and get the game removed from my system. Not only did the wait time take over an hour to chat with someone, they repeated questions that I had already covered then proceeded to ask me to upload videos to YouTube.1.5 hours later of going back and forth; I realised my time is more valuable than a £5 refund.Stupidly I didn’t see the 1.2 stars for the game I should have known better but didn’t realise what a rigmarole it would be to request a refund for something so broken.Lesson learnt: read reviews and maybe don’t buy indie/small games unless you are prepared to burn your money

Misrepresentation of a CONCERT

Misrepresentation of a CONCERTthat was a very disappointing experience. The crowd was wild and unruly. We stood 4 and a half hours before he showed up. I will probably never book through song kick againI wish it was advertised as an appearance or even as him hosting, because that was far from a concert and I'm very angry that my early birthday gift was not an enjoyable experience. I feel cheated, tricked and disrespected

Careful, they try to subscribe you to Premium without consent

I bought a sheet music for $2.99.When checking my emails the next day, I had a welcome email to the musescore Premium subscription, which I never asked. My credit card would be charged 39.99 every 3 months after the 7 days trial. Never signed up for that. I cancelled it immediately, but had I not been careful, I would have missed it. Will not buy again from this site.

I was never able to get to the results with Bing. They shove bunch of ads followed by tons of irrelevant results into your face.Google runs ads and tracks you but they do it gently and at least give relevant results.I recommend Duckduckgo over bing and google any time.Great quality, relevant results.

Awful company

Awful company. Gave me £25k over 2 credit cards and removed them 7 months later. I was informed over an email. No warning, no discussion, and ruined my credit since I'm now over 25% of my total credit and is the only company out of my 5 credit cards that put a missed payment on my credit file for not reminding me to set up a direct debit. I'll take some of the blame as I should have known better but I assumed as I had set it up in the app that it would work for my second Amex card and then they stung me again. 2 missed payments in 2 months and I've never had that problem with any other card. I'll be closing these accounts and using competitors from now on. It always seems when I need to make a big purchase, the business doesn't accept Amex anyway so I can't even get the points. Pointless, expensive and downright questionable lending tactics. No care about what removing a £25k credit facility does to the customers credit score.

Review of americanexpress

Most racist company in corporate America

I had applied close to 20 times and never received 1 response so I made a new email address, reapplied but this time changed my race to biracial from white. The very next day, with the same resume, I had an interview. The phone part went great. The interviewer said I gave a top 10 all time answer and on that call scheduled an in person interview. 10 minutes after arriving, I knew I was cooked. Just by watching the staff walk in, it was apparent that straight white males are not allowed, as I was the only one in the building. There was a group of new hires in the same waiting area, none of which were white. The VERY first part of the interview was a trip to the DEI wall where they brag about how diverse they are, which we all know is code for no white biological males allowed. Every interviewer clearly seemed like they were wasting their time talking to me, and were completely disinterested. They were on their laptops the whole time, not listening. One of the ladies seemed offended that I was even there, Then they had me role play car wash sales, which is the most childish and ineffective thing I have ever experienced in a professional setting. Total waste of my time. Don't even bother applying if you're a white male. Unless, of course, you want to see if this is true, in which case go for it! Lastly, 2 of my friends had no problem getting hired. One is Latina, the other is Asian, neither had experience nor are the sharpest tools in the shed. Subsequently, I received an email from them saying I'm not hired, followed by employment offers from Citi Bank and PNC. Needless to say, I cancelled my Amex charge card because I won't do business with racists.
