Directly after downloading this app my pc started having issues. It was overheating, shutting down, fonts were disappearing, sound drivers were destroyed, and all of my windows apps were deleted. When I contacted help desk, they never replied. After throughly checking my pc had malware, and was highjacked. Remote access files were added to maintain access as well as a large amount of camera files to watch me. This is indicative of a predator. I am appalled and I am suing for the violation of my privacy. This is absolutely atrocious. Everyday they are sending malware files to my pc through their server and won’t leave me alone

I signed up for AT&T Business Hotspot in December of 2023. They told me it would be $45/month.The device never arrived, but I still got a bill for the service in Jan 2024. I called and they said they corrected it, but then I got another bill for over $300 in February. I called again, apparently they never canceled the plan from the device that never arrived. But they said they fixed the problem and assured me the price had been adjusted to the $45 agreed upon in December.Fast forward another 4 months, I've been on the phone with them every month because they are charging my account the incorrect amount plus hundreds of dollars in "past due" fees. Each time I'm on hold for 3+ hours and about 40% of the time they hang up mid conversation. Ultimately the bill is never corrected, even in the 3 instances in which I had written communication stating that they would change the bill.I'm currently on the phone trying to cancel my account. They have hung up on me twice now...I would not recommend them for business internet service.

I had a very bad experience with Amazon, which left me very disappointed and irritated. I needed to buy a projector to finish a job, so I relied on Amazon, taking advantage of the Amazon Prime subscription I should have received the product the same day. After 2 days, not seeing the projector arrive, I contacted Amazon where they reassured me that it would arrive the next day, and they confirmed everything with an email. But that was not the case, in fact another 5 days passed between false reassurances and promises. So I decided to cancel that delivery. When I asked to be refunded they told me that I have to wait 14 days and then they would start my refund and it will be issued after another 5/7 days absurd I'm very annoyed, I didn't do anything wrong, they did everything

You can tell they are very biased like the ones where they encourage people to have kids go on puberty blockers to save them from suicide while ignoring that doing so with the more popular ones has the side effect of mental instability. They purposely ignore the side effects of this to paint it as the miracle cure. Like the fact if you take puberty blockers and trans chemical cocktail it might make your child sterile.

The company that I work with has been a long time Infusionsoft user. I have recently joined there and have been using Infusionsoft for about 4 months now. I find that it is adequate for what we need. But when I compare it to other CRM's that I have used in the past, I find that is reasonably easy to use ... but in some areas quite lacking by comparison.Currently, Infusionsoft is going through a transition that is not easy for users, customers or partners. This transition may or may not be necessary, but either way it does not make life easier for those who are using it on a daily basis.
