I had a very bad experience with Amazon, which left me very disappointed and irritated. I needed to buy a projector to finish a job, so I relied on Amazon, taking advantage of the Amazon Prime subscription I should have received the product the same day. After 2 days, not seeing the projector arrive, I contacted Amazon where they reassured me that it would arrive the next day, and they confirmed everything with an email. But that was not the case, in fact another 5 days passed between false reassurances and promises. So I decided to cancel that delivery. When I asked to be refunded they told me that I have to wait 14 days and then they would start my refund and it will be issued after another 5/7 days absurd I'm very annoyed, I didn't do anything wrong, they did everything
