I signed up for AT&T Business Hotspot in December of 2023. They told me it would be $45/month.The device never arrived, but I still got a bill for the service in Jan 2024. I called and they said they corrected it, but then I got another bill for over $300 in February. I called again, apparently they never canceled the plan from the device that never arrived. But they said they fixed the problem and assured me the price had been adjusted to the $45 agreed upon in December.Fast forward another 4 months, I've been on the phone with them every month because they are charging my account the incorrect amount plus hundreds of dollars in "past due" fees. Each time I'm on hold for 3+ hours and about 40% of the time they hang up mid conversation. Ultimately the bill is never corrected, even in the 3 instances in which I had written communication stating that they would change the bill.I'm currently on the phone trying to cancel my account. They have hung up on me twice now...I would not recommend them for business internet service.
