It’s impossible to respect a news organization that doesn’t do any sort of fact checking. That’s owner goes to expensive lunches with a political leader to brainstorm on how you can slander another political party. It’s no wonder people are leaving mainstream news like yours to go to real organizations that give real news like MeidasTouch!

Excellent experience with SAGE so far!Easy to use platform which was key for me.Their support is 10/10 - I had a phone call from one of their Customer Success Managers who took me through the platform and helped to get it setup. Great webinars and videos as well showing you how to use the software. Overall top marks!

My purchase experience does not deserve one star

My purchase does not deserve one star. On Jan 19 2025, I made a purchase from Nicole P. I was so pleased to have found the item I purchased. Three days later, Mercari notified the seller that sellers are to required to ship within 3 days and to ship the purchased item. The purchase could not be tracked (no tracking number) and the item was never delivered. Mercari notified me that I could cancel the order and get a refund but I did not want to lose this order. I notified the seller several times but never received an answer. After nearly 5 weeks, I cancelled the order and received a refund! I am so disappointed! Did the seller get sick or did she decide not to sell or was item broken? What happened? Very unprofessional!

FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOR AND UNETHICAL COMPANY

MailChimp charged me three times after asking them to delete my information from their database. After numerous emails to Support and Legal, Liam (a Customer Rep.) Said I had provided all of the necessary information and that they would now remove my credit card from their records. Less than 3 weeks later, they attempted to charge my card again. THIS IS FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOR! I do not recommend this service. You can only communicate with them via email, which makes is difficult to resolve any issues you may have. INCOMPETENT AND UNETHICAL PEOPLE HERE.

the recommendations are great

the recommendations are great. You would have gotten 5 stars if it wasn't for the horrible mobile phone experience. Even though you send links for articles etc., it never takes me to the MF app, only to a webpage that is a mess on the iPhone. Please find someone who knows how to program for mobile apps. I was a software product engineer for 15 years and the experience is maddening. For a group that has so many tech company recommendations and has been around for as long as you have, the experience should be 100x better. I started back when you sent out monthly paper newsletters.

It's garbage

It's garbage. It ignores all the information pasted and constantly makes mistakes and invents information. It's not trustworthy or useful for serious projects. It's like a game for low IQ people. It's completely useless. I would not and do not trust any app that works with ChatGPT and there are many clueless people out there using this technology. Those apps are all useless and untrustworthy. On top of all this garbage the app was codified with a bias. It's just too ridiculous. All this attention on the app shows me civilization is doomed for being too useless.

No way of even complaining!!!!

I bought 2 bikinis from ASOS, and must have mistakenly mistyped my email address. The order arrived, but I wanted to return them. I looked through all my emails and there wasn’t a single email relating to this order, so I tried the online chat. I explained what had happened, and person I got through to told me it was a gmail address, but not my usual email address. I looked at an old email address id had years ago, the only other gmail address I’ve had, but it no luck. So I went back on live chat and got through to Vipal. I tried explaining and he was very unhelpful and told me he could only help if I gave him the correct email. I again explained that if I’d mistyped an email address, I couldn’t possibly know what that would be. I had already given the order number (which was on the parcel) and asked if I could verify the order in any other way, such as confirming the value, the card used, etc. But he flat out refused to assist. Finally, with no other options I asked Vipul how I could make a complaint, only to be told “you can’t complain”. How the hell does a company not allow customers to complain??? So I looked at the website, and it states you must complain via the Live Chat! Again, extremely useful when I’d already asked to complain and was told through the very function I’d contacted ASOS, that I wasn’t able to complain. Extremely poor service ASOS! I will never ever buy from you again!
