No way of even complaining!!!!

I bought 2 bikinis from ASOS, and must have mistakenly mistyped my email address. The order arrived, but I wanted to return them. I looked through all my emails and there wasn’t a single email relating to this order, so I tried the online chat. I explained what had happened, and person I got through to told me it was a gmail address, but not my usual email address. I looked at an old email address id had years ago, the only other gmail address I’ve had, but it no luck. So I went back on live chat and got through to Vipal. I tried explaining and he was very unhelpful and told me he could only help if I gave him the correct email. I again explained that if I’d mistyped an email address, I couldn’t possibly know what that would be. I had already given the order number (which was on the parcel) and asked if I could verify the order in any other way, such as confirming the value, the card used, etc. But he flat out refused to assist. Finally, with no other options I asked Vipul how I could make a complaint, only to be told “you can’t complain”. How the hell does a company not allow customers to complain??? So I looked at the website, and it states you must complain via the Live Chat! Again, extremely useful when I’d already asked to complain and was told through the very function I’d contacted ASOS, that I wasn’t able to complain. Extremely poor service ASOS! I will never ever buy from you again!
