MailChimp charged me three times after asking them to delete my information from their database. After numerous emails to Support and Legal, Liam (a Customer Rep.) Said I had provided all of the necessary information and that they would now remove my credit card from their records. Less than 3 weeks later, they attempted to charge my card again. THIS IS FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOR! I do not recommend this service. You can only communicate with them via email, which makes is difficult to resolve any issues you may have. INCOMPETENT AND UNETHICAL PEOPLE HERE.
