Bad way to retain customers

You will interact with them on two occasions: when they are looking to sell their subscription and when a renewal is approaching. However, this approach might not be the most effective way to retain customers who are spending thousands of euros every month.

They are the worst company I've dealt with

They are the worst company I have ever experienced. Just trying to get hold of them is a nightmare and then trying to get your money back after a return or cancellation is horrifying and will take you days of going around in circles on there website. Even when you get someone to call or have the number it's become worse as they said they cannot process the refund until an internal process happens and I didn't even have the product they did. Just do yourself a favour and leave dell products alone. Worst company I've dealt with.

No receipt customers ARE SCREWED OVER

Actually I would give a ZERO regarding merchandise, received as a gift, so no receipt. The almost $40 worth of products, per price listed on their website, I would get a store credit of $10.73.....WHAT A LOAD OF HORSESHIT is this. With no receipt or name of the person who purchased it (which is absurd), so they can look it up, IN CASE SHE USED HER POINTS to get a lower amount. *Policy says lowest retail sold in the previous 90 days. I understand, if it was on sale or something. But it hasnt...now if I take $10.73 merchant's card (which have to USE IN THE STORES)...ULTA TURNS RIGHT AROUND AND SELLS THE RETURNED MERCHANDISE AT FULL PRICE 😡😡😡 I will NEVER EVER shop at their stores.... I can't believe this absurdity. Ulta??? Yeah, ultimate screw over

Review of tractorsupply

Tractor Supply don't care about their loyal customers.

Tractor Supply on Hwy 81 in McDonough truly doesn’t care for their customers. After several years of purchasing all sorts of supplies I was turned away this evening when I need them the most. I showed up at 8 o’clock with an emergency and needed to purchase a transfer pump for my flooded basement and the individual at the door would not let me in the store after explaining to her my situation. What kind of heartless individual would turn away a loyal customer in need of help! It is apparate that Tractor Supply doesn’t care about their loyal customers. Furthermore, they have lost this particular customer for good.

Average support

It looks like, like other Support Desks, that they expect from you having plenty of time for figuring out all the details yourself. You raise a question but get a link to an articles as “solution”.In my case, it wasn’t.

Mark Zuckerberg the russian asset

Mark Zuckerberg like Elon musk, wants to help Russian Kremlin actually spread disinformation like wildfire. And worst yet, Mark is more than willing to be paid money from Russian oligarchs to make sure his site is recognized as the only site for social interaction as a faux to dismantle a nation. He is a selfish man and more importantly he won't stop trolls for sabotaging election security for it.
