Actually I would give a ZERO regarding merchandise, received as a gift, so no receipt. The almost $40 worth of products, per price listed on their website, I would get a store credit of $10.73.....WHAT A LOAD OF HORSESHIT is this.With no receipt or name of the person who purchased it (which is absurd), so they can look it up, IN CASE SHE USED HER POINTS to get a lower amount. *Policy says lowest retail sold in the previous 90 days. I understand, if it was on sale or something. But it hasnt...now if I take $10.73 merchant's card (which have to USE IN THE STORES)...ULTA TURNS RIGHT AROUND AND SELLS THE RETURNED MERCHANDISE AT FULL PRICE 😡😡😡 I will NEVER EVER shop at their stores....
