I just wanted to leave a short review recommending Tania for our clover device she was very methodical going through the process on how everything works pointing out all the cost. She also came and helped set up the machine gave adequate training to all the staff. But most of all her after sales is absolutely phenomenal the slightest problem she sorts the same day and she’s always on the end of the phone if we need assistance or guidance with any further products/guidance thank you very much from Dudley and the team at Safe Response.

I placed a $377 order with ASOS on November 27th. It then gave me an estimated delivery date of December 30th. Every previous order I have placed with ASOS has arrived within a week via DHL. I contacted support immediately, who assured me that the order would arrive by courier in the normal timeframe.By December 20th, it was clear the order would not arrive in time for Christmas, so I contacted support to cancel the order. They informed me it would be cancelled and refunded.Today, January 6th, the order arrived at my local post office. I took it home and contacted support once more to find out why the order had not been cancelled and refunded, as I was assured it would be.After ten minutes, it became clear they would do nothing at all to resolve the issue, despite the multiple false assurances by their support. The agent confirmed that in addition to paying the import duties to receive the package, I would need to pay the postage to return it plus a return fee. Three payments to fix their repeated errors. Absurd.Last time I will ever order from this company. They do not care about their customers one bit.

Stand alone the worst customer experience I’ve had to endure! Very very difficult to buy a product, CC option just times out, unclear how youTransfer funds to a ‘wallet’ and mission impossible to increase your spending limit (which they helpfully set at £0) had to resort to buying the product on Amazon to actually get it sorted. I’ve never worked harder to give a supplier my money! Pathetic and a complete shambles from beginning to end.

Utterly useless system. Had my subscription a few months and lost the card that the subscription was paid from - it proved entirely impossible to either set up or pay with another card (,N26 MasterCard) it was just not possible on my mobile, and on my PC it kept going into a confirmation loop, where I was repeatedly asked to confirm via the bank app which I did - the Google system could not cope. I cancelled thesubscription and then tried to set it up from scratch to find the price hiked by one pound,,- not worth it. I went with another smaller provider with a cleaner IT interface Google is just too big and cumbersome. My advice give Google a miss

I’ve always respected Ko-fi and used it daily, sharing content regularly. But after getting the update about the LGBTQ+ celebration, I’m done with this trash site. They keep annoying me with these over-the-top LGBTQ+ celebration emails every time. Where are the updates about Ko-fi’s features? Where are the updates about celebrating something special that’s not LGBTQ+? I’m fed up with this platform for supporting LGBTQ+. I don’t get why platforms start off fine and then one day get tied up with LGBTQ+ for no reason. I literally deleted my account that I’ve been using since 2019, and I don’t care about this nonsense anymore

Payment was declined (anti-fraud), I unlocked the payment and responded to the email from Kayak alerting me to the decline, and the payment was cleared very quickly, or more importantly my booking went through with no further hiccup.

Kaspersky is the worst antivirus software that you will ever encounter. Its customer service is so bad. No response from the technical team. I had installed Kaspersky Internet Security 2017 and 2018. Both of which use significant system resources. I would strongly suggest other alternatives like Bitdefender, which is regarded as the best antivirus solution. You cannot even reinstall or format the OS , and still be able to install kaspersky. The activation code will be shown as invalid. I have seen lot of forums where people are able to reinstall. But on both my PCs, I wasn’t able to reinstall kaspersky despite having both the key file and the Activation code. Plus, their web user portal is so bad that you cannot possibly even manage your licenses online. Lose your installation, then you lose your license. Don’t expect support from the technical team whatsoever. NEVER BUY KASPERSKY ,always buy something like Bitdefender.
