This last time I returned 2 items together, I received refund for only one item, emails and BS between PayPal and FP and still no refund. Contacted them only to be told they had received many processes and are currently working on it. At least they contacted me. But when I checked my order today it said completed. I have a credit freeze on my accoubt due to a ransomware attack on a megacorp in 2024. I've taken steps to protect my info. Guess who hasn't? Yup Paypal. I don't know why they feel they don't need to adhere to the Feds but I'm more upset that CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE DID NOT HELP in fact I was sent to the wrong departments.

Doesn’t even merit a one! Engineer needs to come to us to take a SIM card out. Messages to my husband are going straight to voicemail without leaving a number, won’t speak to me on my number even though registered. I suggested phone on my phone and I will pass to him. Won’t even do that. Absolute rubbish, all to pick up a SIM card fgs!!!!
