I buy from free people all the time they have an easy exchange policy so I keep going back. This last time I returned 2 items together, I received refund for only one item, emails and BS between PayPal and FP and still no refund. It’s my fault for trying to get to the bottom of it, they have now locked me out of making anymore purchases from them.joke
