I have a credit freeze on my accoubt due to a ransomware attack on a megacorp in 2024. I've taken steps to protect my info. Guess who hasn't? Yup Paypal. I don't know why they feel they don't need to adhere to the Feds but I'm more upset that CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE DID NOT HELP in fact I was sent to the wrong departments.
