I booked tickets for an event via the website. I clearly selected 16th of December, but after I had entered my payment details my confirmation appeared saying I had booked for 2nd December (tomorrow.) The only option to contact anyone about this was the 'contact the venue.' However the website advised that they would take 4 working days to respond. I am not able to make the event tomorrow and I will therefore have wasted my money and used up a spot for someone who is able to attend the event. I am very unhappy that there is no way to contact customer services to make such a simple change. I do not believe this was my error as I checked the date more than once. Do not recommend- always go straight to venue. A middle man increases chance of mistakes.

They made changes to their software/system as a result of which crucial features don't work on my laptop/OS anymore - which is, admittedly, not a spring chicken at this point, but still. If this were Apple, I'd understand their attempt at planned obsolescence, but why would Deepl.com support that rather than cater to older systems as well?? On a tragically ironic side-note, I am a translator, and the reason why I cannot afford to buy a new laptop is the damage that Deepl itself has done to my business in the first place!

I read a lot of good reviews about Thomann, and my experience was flawless. I did a big order of a Guitar an Amp plus several accessories (together was over 2k euros). I request a basic setup on the guitar that took one extra week (as previously announced), and the order arrived in Switzerland 2 working after it was sent. In perfect condition and very well packed. Besides being in February and being cold outside the guitar arrived almost in tune. And thanks to Thomann efficiency no Boarder bureaucracies or added costs. Top!

There's a reason why Lyft has got 1.1 stars here and is going down as a business. Will be bankrupt soon. Today, I was charged an extra $80 for spilling a little WATER, just WATER and in the TRUNK of a car. I submitted a dispute and emailed them, but they rudely dismissed my concern. Deleted Lyft today.

Google maps is completely useless with no contrast in colours, so I cant see anything on the google maps.Why make maps not easy visable ??? its beyond bad idea, and dont get me started on google search picture layout, and how bad and bias, the search engine has become. Bought a router from game world Aug 8th 2023 and I was told that there would be a 2 year warranty. Called asus and was told they go by date of manufacture so warranty had just expired this year. I have never had this happen and called the store and they said the same as me never heard of this so will return for refund and I will never purchase any products made by them
