I booked tickets for an event via the website. I clearly selected 16th of December, but after I had entered my payment details my confirmation appeared saying I had booked for 2nd December (tomorrow.) The only option to contact anyone about this was the 'contact the venue.' However the website advised that they would take 4 working days to respond. I am not able to make the event tomorrow and I will therefore have wasted my money and used up a spot for someone who is able to attend the event. I am very unhappy that there is no way to contact customer services to make such a simple change. I do not believe this was my error as I checked the date more than once. Do not recommend- always go straight to venue. A middle man increases chance of mistakes.
