I recently renewed my premium membership because I was tired of watching 12+ ads on every episode. However, once I did this, I lost the series I had been watching, and now it is only available in ‘dubbed’. I fail to see why having a membership has affected this feature, but I personally struggle to watch dubbed anime and therefore believe the membership to be a waste of money.

Emails sent to Microsoft networks and software will generally be put in the Junk folder if not sent from another Microsoft account. Sometimes they will be rejected out-of-hand for no good reason, so you won't even see them in the Junk folder. The 'safe-senders' list is a joke.Whereas phishing scams can easily be sent from a Microsoft account to land in your inbox and dupe you.Microsoft trust all their customers, even the dodgy ones, and don't trust anyone else. This is so wrong.Utterly attrocious company now. Do not trust. Do not use. Find alternatives to anything Microsoft ASAP.

If you have an issue with your account that they can easily fix they will send a generic response in hopes you give up or figure it out in your own. Its better to set up your own site or sell somewhere else than give this trash company any money.

Ordered a jumper for Christmas present was meant to be delivered on 18th and still hasn’t been delivered, it is now the 1st of January. In all fairness it’s a evri issue for losing parcel but they’re telling me to get into contact with ASOS for replacement or refund but I’ve tried contacting ASOS but getting nowhere with it just constant AI chats which direct me to my page I can’t place a refund as I need to item to do so to bring to drop off point it’s ridiculous

After knowing that they have locked you in with your data, the company just push ahead changes that are not helpful to the users. The new invoicing not only dumb down the available features from the classic invoicing, it is no longer efficient when creating invoicing. Previous feature that benefit cross invoicing between related parties is gone and now you have to do the same entries on both accounts.

Awful! Purchased an order 5 days ago and it hasn't been even processed yet despite saying that they do so within 24 hours. These items were purchased for a trip and I thought Uniqlo could deliver in a week. Obviously it proved to be too much for them. Shocking in today's retail environment. Also customer service has ignored all my emails. Despite also claiming that they are available 7 days a week. DON'T make claims to can't keep. I'll take my business elsewhere. Thanks.

New Scientist is not a scientific magazine. It cannot be relied upon to write unbiased fact based articles on scientific topics. The journalists don’t appear to have the enquiring, analytical style that I expect from a science article. They are very forthcoming with their own opinions but not with scientific evidence, analysis and references. I get my scientific news from a variety of main stream online newspapers following the Health and Science writers and they’re much better at writing a balanced, fact based piece than a supposedly scientific magazine! I have asked for a refund of my subscription for this reason. Let’s see what happens.
