Some shitty things:-Received a broken item, could only get my money back if I shipped it back to the other side of the world, only for it to be thrown away there. Waste of money and if the product isn't that expensive, there is no point in doing this.-I objected to money being taken for a subcription for a device I returned and didn't even know I had. I offered all the evidence to support my case, they didn't give me my money back.
