Unfortunately, an auto-renewal came out of our business account. By the time we realised it, we had started a new yearly plan and were 20 days in. After asking if we could cancel they advised no refund could be provided for the remaining 11+ months. Their customer service was completely cut and pasted as they clearly did not look into the account at all, instead opting for a generic response with incorrect info. Stay away
