I recently bought some roses through eBay. The actual exchange was absolutely fine. Now a few days layer, my account has been inexplicably banned, and I have received no credible explanation as to why. I have never sold anything through their service, and it looks like I shan't be buying anything, either. I suppose it serves me right for not going to the local garden centre!

cost me USD 468.00 for one report, and the report provided i can got it FOC at others network. i'd complaint to customer services bcz their package highlight monthly price in bigger size and mislead customer to purchase monthly but it was compulsary to pay annually without trail!!!! Beside, after paying USD 468.00 annually i still need to pay if i wanted to download for another report! what a shame?! Thank you for teaching me what is a good marketing to scamm ppl money!!

I received a $500 gift card from my dad and used it once on-line. I had a balance of over $400 per their own automated phone system. I seems however that my card cannot be used more than once. DO NOT PURCHASE MACY'S GIFT CARDS. I called the Macy's problem line who acknowledge that I have a balance, but will not remove the hold. I have to get original receipt from my over 70 year old father in order to resolve THEIR on-line website problem.

Thank you so much!! Just got a replacement for my g213 prodigy keyboard. That model is pretty chronically problematic but logitech customer care helped me out and now I finally got a replacement. I'll always go with Logitech now. Yes Customer Service sometimes take too too long to answer but they don't dissappear forever. It's taking longer but it is working so I'm fine with it.

for more then two weeks I am asking the CS what replacement I should buy for my broken M310 mouse.Every time a different person (Or is the help-desk staffed with chatbots?) answers. Not one seems to have read my simple question. Very annoying.

Change.org petitions are recognized world wide and have been featured by media articles. I found starting a petition easy and I felt supported by all the tips and information available.

LinkedIn has to be one of the worst, least ethical company's I have ever dealt with. As a soon to be ex customer I find the calibre of their Account Managers appalling and versed in shoddy sales tactics designed to shoehorn people into signing up for deals with time limited offers of a few days.The support received through the contract from "Account Managers" is laughable and they are simply not interested in how customers fare using their product, as long as they can get their contract signed. They promise amazing levels of service and if you are gullible to fall for this (as i did) then i really feel for you as it wont be delivered.The renewal fees increased exponentially, and people (like me) are going to start voting with their feet and leave. Its become a preposterously expensive product, the support isn't there to back it up and its a saturated market meaning the ROI is decreasing whilst their prices are increasing. The company and how you are dealt with is nothing short of a joke.

I am sick of getting emails which I never signed up for every other day. I have clicked the unsubscribe button several times to no avail and switched off each item separately. It is impossible to send an email complaining. No address is posted and research just sends you round and round their help pages without result.
