LinkedIn has to be one of the worst, least ethical company's I have ever dealt with. As a soon to be ex customer I find the calibre of their Account Managers appalling and versed in shoddy sales tactics designed to shoehorn people into signing up for deals with time limited offers of a few days.The support received through the contract from "Account Managers" is laughable and they are simply not interested in how customers fare using their product, as long as they can get their contract signed. They promise amazing levels of service and if you are gullible to fall for this (as i did) then i really feel for you as it wont be delivered.The renewal fees increased exponentially, and people (like me) are going to start voting with their feet and leave. Its become a preposterously expensive product, the support isn't there to back it up and its a saturated market meaning the ROI is decreasing whilst their prices are increasing. The company and how you are dealt with is nothing short of a joke.
